Cannot login - endless loop with Google Authenticate
Cannot login - endless loop with Google Authenticate. Buttons are non responsive half the time. Frustrating.
Forced to use
My employer signed me up for this automatically and gave this company my personal email address. There is no option to change the email associated with my account.

Get “unknown error” whenever I load the app on IPhone 7. No support or helpful info available.
Get started splash screen takes half of the screen
Get started splash screen takes half of the app screen and doesn’t go away as it say, and you can’t remove it. This bug is 3 months old and it is still there
Getting 404 error
When I go to sign in I keep getting this error. I have no way of accessing this unless it’s through a computer which I don’t have much access too. This is upsetting I can’t use on my phone
I like the idea
The execution of the app is terrible. Wrong login? 404 error, no explanation. Bugs out with unknown errors constantly trying to browse rewards. Needs fixing. Don’t know how it’s this bad.

It's slow and clunky. And I love the feature where you type a nice lengthy thank you for your colleagues and then for no reason the app pops back to the home screen and all your efforts and time is gone...
Slow performance
App performs quite slowly and has some dead ends. For sample if you launch someone’s profile then there’s no way to go back other than relaunching the app. Same is true for screens that have gifs on them. It performs so slow that one has to relaunch the app

Update the app with stability & bug fixes ASAP!

The header could be sticky to the top. Otherwise you have to go up to access the header menu.
The flow between screens doesn’t feel so smooth. It sits there with no loading indication.
When you use points the number you have left to use doesn’t update until you change the page.

Not working
When trying to give points and selecting everything that is required: message, recipient, amount, hashtag, then clicking on give points, that button doesn’t work! When clicking on it, it creates a hashtag sign instead. Developers please fix that bug.
