Pathetic app
If you wish to get frustrated download this app. It will keep you waiting endlessly for the OTP which somehow never arrives on your mobile / Email ID. The interface also seems to be developed by children from play school. I genuinely regret availing service from Thomas Cook
App not opening
When i try to open the app in my iPhone. The app get stuck at starting screen and ends with “something went wrong Try again”
Works great
Added my borderless prepaid. No fuss, clean process, good interface, functional. No idea why such low ratings. Maybe previous versions sucked.
Login issue
Not able to login, always popup with try again and not able to connect with network
Worst App to book a forex card
Their App never works. Whenever you try to fetch your account details the App crashes. Also they do not have any customer support. Useless App. I would have given zero star if that was the option. Not recommended at all.

The app is not working. Cannot use card
Pls help me change pin and use the card. I’m stuck as the money card cannot be used. I got email that app is temporarily not working few days back. And changing pin from borderless website does not seem to work. THIS IS SOS. Pls tell me an alternate!
Does not work for most urgent times
Well its stuck on loading from almost 2 days now and i cannot reload money via the app or via the website because even website aint working. Lets see how many days i will have to wait.
Horrible trash and useless card
Please stay away from getting a card from thomas cook. Their card doesnt work on most sites in usa at least and on top of that the customer service is incredibly awful slow and pathetic. They will hold your money for months on failed transactions

Bro for real, is this how you make an app? There is not even a feature like sending money or something. Basically it shows the precious transaction and balance. Use better exception handling and test it extensively before releasing. It’s a huge financial institute in India and this is the app?!!! Hire better developers, testers and hr(because the current one doesn’t know whom to hire).

Absolutely terrible - Bug Update
Since last 4-5 days I am trying to login to the app and it give and error popup that is just blank. It says nothing. Please fix this bug Bug Update:-(hire me as your tester) When we select the date range for getting the statement the app crashes. Please fix it and don’t release the app before proper testing.

I updated the app and now I cannot even log in.

Unable to see my statement in app
Anybody is working to fix this ?Whenever I try to fetch my statement through app, it says invalid service ID or service ID length should be 10 only. A very worst app I have ever seen till now. And when I try to click on email my transaction it’s pop-up with some with blank white box where nothing is written. Please see and work on the flow and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The new version doesn’t work
The new version of the app doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t even allow me to login to the app. On entering my pin it just gives me a pop up without text and only shows an Ok button. This is really pathetic. Looks like Thomas cook development teams are not doing any testing at all.
