Pathetic app
If you wish to get frustrated download this app. It will keep you waiting endlessly for the OTP which somehow never arrives on your mobile / Email ID. The interface also seems to be developed by children from play school. I genuinely regret availing service from Thomas Cook
App not opening
When i try to open the app in my iPhone. The app get stuck at starting screen and ends with “something went wrong Try again”
Works great
Added my borderless prepaid. No fuss, clean process, good interface, functional. No idea why such low ratings. Maybe previous versions sucked.
Login issue
Not able to login, always popup with try again and not able to connect with network
Worst App to book a forex card
Their App never works. Whenever you try to fetch your account details the App crashes. Also they do not have any customer support. Useless App. I would have given zero star if that was the option. Not recommended at all.
