Had a charge to my credit card without my warning, all my other credit cards notified me of any suspicious charges.
Jury is Out
I started using this app and it was great for keeping up with my credit cards. Then all of a sudden it just stopped working. The app will not load and I’ve tried several times. I hope they can get it fixed so I can go back to using it.
Intentional payment walls
Bread financial will purposely put up an intentional payment wall so if you make a payment on the final day of a promotional period to pay it off before the interest hits just so you know customer service will tell you “its too bad”. I am reporting to CFPB, SC SAG,

Constant updates and bugs
It’s very frustrating managing this app. It often runs very slowly no matter where I am. There’s always an update when I go to check but it’s been the same performance wise. I have a ton of rewards to claim, but there’s conveniently a problem with accessing any rewards. Very disappointed with the performance so far and wish my card used another app ultimately.

If your payment is due on that date they only give you to 5 pm then charge you a late fee … that’s not fair
Piss poor
I have to enter my NFL card once again. I just went to login to it and it’s gone. There’s a balance on it, no idea where it went. Not the first time I’ve had issues. Enabled Face ID multiple times to no avail. My card that has a $0 balance still shows. No clue what they’re doing

Constant updates, missing rewards, login in failures and systems going down. This app has been the worst experience I have ever had for a credit card

Horrible
I have a AAA credit card with this bank. The card is great, nice rewards etc, but these people are constantly putting holds on my account. If you make large purchases or multiple purchases, they automatically place a hold. Even if you pay the entire balance in full and they receive the payment. When I called them and asked for an explanation on when/why holds are placed, they couldn’t provide an answer. So even though you have $10k+ available credit, don’t be surprised if the waitress brings your card back and says it’s declined when you’re out to dinner. Absurd bank/organization.

Could be better
This app does not work efficiently! You have to login and logout for each credit card when you should be able to see balances and go from card to card without logging out. Having them in one place should make it easier not more complicated.
Unprofessional
A charge from camping world came in and they went above my limit $800 which they should not have. I had to make $1000 payment just so my monthly subscriptions could work with this card. They would not work with me whatsoever and I will not be using this card anymore.
App, online portal & customer service sucks!
I wrote a review over a month ago because I couldn’t access my account. Their response was an email asking me to send them a secure message in the “More” section of the app. Well if I can’t access my account how in the hell do you expect me to do that?!! Now, more than a month later and I still can’t access my Victoria Secrets account in the app or online. And I’m getting collections notices and calls because I have no way of paying my account!!!!
