If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.
The update broke the app. This app constantly has upsets and causes it to be a pain to use at times, but I like when it works, just annoying having to upset it once a month when I’m simply trying to check something. Don’t fix it if it isn’t broke. Here again to update the review because I’m required to update the app for probably the 100th time in two years.

Problems to fix
In theory, this is a great idea. The problem being that when you use Bread for more than one account, user names and passwords do not change as you leave one account and go to the other. Until I realized what was happening, it was a source of many headaches!

Message documents are too small to read. I was unable to find my payment due date anywhere on the app. Not user friendly.

UPDATE: I downgraded this app. The interface is terrible , as transactions could never be viewed in real time. As a consequence, it is necessary to have printed statements mailed every month. The rewards are definitely a perk, however taking advantage of this card benefit is typically met with “experiencing technical difficulties”. Compared to my other cards, the app developers are definitely behind the times.

Waste of my time
Says my info is incorrect. It’s not. I haven’t even signed up yet.
Doesn’t “recognize me”
EVERY time I open it, it NEVER recognizes me so I have to go dig up P/w etc. Defeats the point of convenience. Been using for over a year in hopes it fixes.
Genuinely the buggiest cc app I’ve ever used.
There is always a broken feature i.e due date won’t display, rewards won’t display. Since I downloaded the app, each update they roll out fixes one issue but causes another.

Impossible to register my aaa card
I click on the appropriate aaa card and add the card number. It something to the effect of no card found. Did this 4 times with same result. I give up.

Avoid at all costs
I made the mistake of creating a finance account with these guys when I purchased my German Shepherd puppy. Not only was I lied to about 6 months interest free on my loan (which I fully intended to pay off before then), but when you try to send chats to the account services people they take 2 days to respond. As if that’s not bad enough, you will almost certainly have your chat from someone different every time they respond and apparently the new chatter is incapable (or unwilling) to read your chat log. So you receive the same advice or have to explain your situation multiple times and then wait 2 days between each interaction. But nevermind all of that because when I found out there would be interest on my loan (which was promised to me to be 6 months interest free) I promptly paid the entire balance off including the interest my loan accrued. Well guess what an entire month later my account accrued interest yet again, this time on a $0 balance. Now I get to try to deal with them through that. Wish me luck. Stay far away from these people if you can.

I’m giving this app 1 star because it won’t let me into my VS account to make payments. And to date I have NOT received any notifications via email or otherwise regarding payments not received.
I have no problem accessing my AAA and Midas accounts in the app. It just my VS account and there is no way to contact customer service through the app.

Not loading
I have been trying for 4 days to get this app to even open. I have deleted it and downloaded at least 3 times. All I am trying to do is use this app to keep up with my credit limit and payments. Maybe check the app and see if there are issues with loading.
