Unacceptable
I understand that emergencies happen and that Brightline must follow law enforcement and safety procedures. However, what should have been a normal trip to Orlando has turned into a 6+ hour trip, including approximately 2 hours sitting completely stopped.
Brightline needs better procedures for situations like this, including clearer communication and a safe plan for passengers who need or want to get off during extended delays. Emergencies are unpredictable, but having a plan for passengers shouldn’t be.

Great service from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. Really wish they had a temporary stop in Cocoa until the stop is built! That would drum up some business!

I used this train all the time. I travel to Orlando from West Palm Beach and go to Disney world often. It’s peaceful cost effect and comfortable

It’s shameful that this app does not work at all. I cannot get the app to update my profile, I cannot join the rewards program. The app kicks me out every time. Customer service is horrible and so is the technology to assist.
