I love Brightline
I used this train all the time. I travel to Orlando from West Palm Beach and go to Disney world often. It’s peaceful cost effect and comfortable

It’s shameful that this app does not work at all. I cannot get the app to update my profile, I cannot join the rewards program. The app kicks me out every time. Customer service is horrible and so is the technology to assist.

I love riding the Brightline! It’s convenient, prices are reasonable, and I can hop on and travel to see my daughter who lives in Daytona. Just an hour away once I arrive in Orlando. My new way of traveling.
