TERRIBLE APP!!!!
This app is a complete nightmare. From the moment I tried to activate my Brinks prepaid card, everything went downhill fast. Every single step is confusing, broken, or just doesn’t work at all.
After fighting through the worst card activation process I’ve ever experienced, I finally get my card activated… only to find out I can’t even log in to register. Yes, activated card, but totally locked out of the app. What’s the point?
Customer service is just as bad as the app—unhelpful, slow, and clearly not trained to fix anything. You get bounced around, put on hold, or told to repeat the same steps that already failed. Zero solutions. Zero accountability.
This app feels unfinished, poorly designed, and completely unreliable for something that’s supposed to manage your money. If you value your time, your sanity, or your finances, do yourself a favor and do not download this app. There are far better prepaid options out there that actually work.
Avoid at all costs. Someone SERIOUSLY needs to be fired from their job.

The app won’t even open up. Delete it and redownload it and it just get stuck on the open screen, like it’s trying load!
What a NIGHTMARE!
Serve is discontinued so I signed up for Brinks. From day one every single step is glitchy and ridiculous! They act like you’re signing up for CIA level secrets. Hard to activate. Hard to log on. Hard to do ANYTHING. Every time you think you’re all set they send you ANOTHER email with more steps. Forget it! I took a scissor and cut it in half and threw it in the garbage. Good riddance.
