Horrible UI. Nothing about it is easy to use. Not even formatted correctly across various devices.
Does the job but needs improvements
The app allows you to control lights, thermostat and also your door locks.
But at an apartment complex you should be able to favorite specific doors and items you care about. If I want to turn off my bedroom lights I have to scroll past 30+ different doors to be able to do that. So an option to favorite the door you use and also your home stuff would be great. Also, I get logged out multiple times a week.

This app could use a lot of improvement!
Logs me out almost every single time. If it allowed face ID that would be a huge help. Also, any time I try to adjust my thermostat through the app it doesn’t work it says “An error occurred while trying to adjust the thermostat.” I have excellent internet so that’s not the issue.
Poor App
It takes forever to load and doesn’t show the updated options. It also signs you out almost after every use.
App on iOS is poorly coded
The user interface for iOS is very poor. The back button is in the upper left corner of the screen and almost impossible to correctly select often times freezing you on a screen with nowhere to go.
