They NEVER have drivers and they will drive right past you when they finally do come 🙄 Don’t waste your time. Uber a more expensive but the will actually come and you can talk to a human for customer service!

I told the driver I needed to go get my other person since it was 2 of us. He was done checking out, come back and the driver left us!
No Good
When you need a ride they aren’t available. When it does let you book they take your money, cancel the ride and won’t refund for 24 hours!

This Is NOT A Taxi Service!!! This Is A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE RIDE SERVICE. You Cannot Book A Ride On A Scheduled Time!!! My Suggestion Is To Start Looking For A Ride About An Hour Before Your Appointment Time Or Desired Arrival Time @ Which Time You Would Like To Be Somewhere.
