Not Working!
BT mail has been very hit and miss of late. Not downloading due to ‘account error’, when nothing has changed. Downloading mail takes forever. And sending mail just disappears! Just because I haven’t upgraded to the next level due to expense, I’m sure I’m being penalised with poor service. Can’t even do a test as that’s down as well! Nightmare! Paying a fortune for what?

Good luck if it crashes it’s taken me 3 days to sort it even locked mr out on my computer so I had no idea of my emails

Freezing all the time, logs you out all the time, when you try and log in there is no where to do it
Outbox Issues
Sent messages from Draft don’t always send or appear to sync across various devices. When using Outlook there is no ‘outbox’ only Draft and Sent. It looks like they have been sent but get caught up in Outbox which causes issues. The app has to be deleted and reinstalled to clear the Outbox and emails disappear.

I hadn’t used the app on this device for a while, and my login had expired. So I had to enter my password again. That’s fine, but there is no login button on the app screen.

Emails not sending
Over the last few days many of my emails have not sent, I found them in Drafts, half typed, then lying in Outbox. Very annoying
Frustrating and annoying
Nothing has changed since I previously sent in a review which echoes other user’s reviews, particularly emails stuck in outbox. I’ve given up using the App until a new version is issued. I’m using Outlook which has its own limitations but at least it works reliably. Even better is going back to using BT webmail.
