No emails from account
Since changing password the app refuses to show any emails
Still too many blocked senders and domains get through
Despite blocking domains and senders I still seem to get loads of spam emails coming through. It’s very annoying.
Awful App
Doesn’t send emails it continuously fails to send emails goes into an out box with a yellow exclamation mark next to it no way of trying to resend or copying and pasting text to try again. When an important email you think you have sent doesn’t go through this is very frustrating and a waste of time. Even after I delete the app and re load it doesn’t work. Also very limited amount of pictures can be attached and sent.
Also you can only delete a few emails at a time so takes hours to delete.

Constantly logs us out
I regularly have to log on again to the app. I have had to delete and reload this app several times. It stops receiving emails from friends I’ve been in contact with for years. This morning being yet another example of this.
BT don’t care
Without warning or asking if wanted bt has put in 2 step authentication to log in. You now need your phone. Bt logs you out all the time! Terrible!!!! There is no way to turn it off!!!!! I’m leaving BT always problems
Extremely Frustrated
Fed up with having to sign in every time I want to look at emails.
Log in issues
Recent updates mean that you constantly have to re log in and get a code. A real pain

Very good app. Easy to use. Would highly recommend.

BT is now top of the list of services to discard.

Why do I keep having to log in as token has expired also keep getting server error Let’s hope you release the update soon Also will this stop the drop out identified as a survey outage?
Good bt email app
Have been using bt email for e few years and find it very good i go to the app regularly throughout the day to read and send emails. It’s a very easy to operate
Endless login
Keep having to login every time I want to use this only to be told you have to call to login
Logged out of email and not able to get back in
Literally taken hours of online messaging with someone god knows where to try and get logged back into my emails! None of my passwords working. I didn’t log out in the first place and when I clicked to say can’t remember my login details it asked to sent a code to either an old email address(closed 6 years ago) and a mobile number changed 6 months ago! There was no system online to get back! Very poor indeed!

Unable to receive emails
I am able to view old emails but not recent ones.
Not all emails received or sent are recorded in the app
Not all the sent emails are recorded in the app.If I wrote an email on another device the email in shown only on that ddevice.I pay £7.5 for a substandard service

Utter garbage. Emails from sender on approved sender list go to spam whilst spam just goes straight to inbox. Utterly pathetic
Attachments still glitchy and when using a VPN overseas BT seems to think my account is attempting to be hacked every other day and getting the app to reset the password is a joke as just goes to inbox and you can’t do anything apart from restart endlessly in a effort to be able to get the relog message.
In the UK never get account secured due to unusual activity.

Annoying!!!!
I keep getting logged out which is really inconvenient & can’t log in if I’m connected to WiFi.
Crashes often. Shows unread messages as read if the one above is deleted 😡 This app used to work great, now it’s just annoying 👎🏼

Drafts lost all the time
All my drafts are lost, it just says sync in progress and that’s the end of that. Obviously I try not to save as a draft but if I’m away from my email it saves to draft and then it’s unavailable. So frustrating

Used to be good, but now has stopped pasting the code from the TFA message correctly, have to type it out by hand, and messages more than a couple of hours old just display as blank content. I’ve reverted to browser access recently just to read the messages
