My husband and I ate at Bubba’s for the first time EVER in Terrell, we were shocked how tasty, and seasoned the food was. We were sooooooo impressed we went back the next day and ordered food lol lol. Terrell Texas keep up the good work your FOOD is DELICIOUS!!..
App made easy
It’s not hard to use the app. It gives you options and ways to substitute. I love that you can do curbside or pick up. The only addition I’d love to see is a way for you to check in when you’re on the way or when there to pick up your order

Great food- Great service
I order on their app which I’d easy to use and have eaten inside. Both experiences have always been positive. I had one time where they took a little longer on my curbside meal than THEY thought it should be (I was actually not bothered) and the gave me two free appetizer cards!

Somewhat glitchy app
When you try to add a name to the order under each individual order, it won’t let you add to cart which makes you start over. If they fix this glitch, then it would be awesome.

Was disappointed in service and freshness of food. This was the only time I’ve been disappointed and y’all weren’t even busy. I was totally disappointed with service and quality of my food. It came out unusually fast and was cold and not good.

Awesome food, awesome atmosphere and amazing customer service. We order from Bubba’s quite often. We’ve only had one bad experience and that was with the quality of the food. My steak was overcooked, but the manager immediately comped my meal. We did not use the comp that night, but came back a few weeks later and had no difficulty with getting the comped meal. I recommend Bubba‘s.

First time getting my cheesesteak from bubba’s
OK, so first I really didn’t know what to get from Bubba’s my first time there got a Philly cheesesteak. It was so hot in fresh I didn’t even wanna eat it, but I did and it was so freaking good. Five stars for sure.
Ordering is simple
Easy to navigate through the menu, had some issues when trying to add who the order was for. It wouldn’t return to the actual order item now. I had to skip adding names and just order items.

Every time I come to Bubba‘s and Tyler Texas, they are amazing sweet kind and very respectful. I am so grateful for my waiters and waitresses fabe and Danielle are awesome.

We love the food (what we have tried anyway). Would have given them 5 stars but not following the order deducted a star. My husband doesnt like blue cheese, I had remove blue cheese from his salad and we got it home, guess what it had you guessed it blue cheese on it.
