The budget rental at Norfolt airport is the worst experience I’ve ever had. 20+ families were waiting for hours to get a car that was reserved weeks/months in advance plus a long line that took over an hour to check in just for them to tell you that your car isn’t here or ready. The 2 ladies working the desk could care less about the inconvenience or failure of a company. If I could give negative amount of stars I would.
