Great Workouts

As someone who had no idea how to get into weight training, this app has been great. I have a busy schedule and her monthly programs are straightforward and effective. There are many workout apps out there but I love this one because it gives a personal trainer feel and gives you a great plan each month without all the fluff. Since most monthly plans have 3 workouts a week, it allows you to incorporate other workouts into the week. I can’t say enough good things and each month I feel like the workouts are getting better and better!

Loving this app, easy to use and great programming

Game changer

This app is so easy to use. The workouts are fun. I’ve never been so excited to work out.

Fantastic Workouts and Programs

If you follow Chelsey on social media, you know she’s a reasonable fitness influencer. I found her because I had been doing Ben Bruno’s programs and she was demoing the exercises for him. I actually find they structure their workouts similarly, but here’s why I prefer Chelsey’s workouts. First, she incorporates barbells. Ben Bruno’s programs are great if you workout from home and just have dumbbells. Chelsey has those workouts on her apps as well. Chelsey also gives fantastic instructions for the exercises. Most of them have at least a two minute breakdown of how to do them and she points out mistakes that people typically make when doing the exercise. The typical strength workout has 9 exercises, broken down in groups of three. I think she said the app is still technically in beta testing, so my feedback is for the app itself - it would be nice if the user had the option to swap out an exercise if they can’t do one of them or don’t like the exercise. Also, when recording the weights on the app, you can’t change the reps. Sometimes cal when I’m testing out the weights, I might fall short of the target rep or I might might end up doing a few more. It would be nice if it had a similar way to record it like the trainerize app where you could see the whole workout at once. When I’m at the gym, especially with the cable exercises, I can’t take up a cable machine and do two other exercises along with it (the gym bros would hate me) so I end up doing the cable exercises in isolation, but that might just be my preference.
TL;DR - get the app for the workouts. The subscription price is a steal for those alone. The interface of the app could be better for the user if allowed to input reps and weight along with being able to see the exercises when doing the workout in more of the trainerize format

Build by CRH App and Chelsey are the real deal!

Just downloaded the new app to check it out and it’s fantastic. It’s almost as good as training with Chelsey 1:1, as I have for the last three months. Seriously though, the workouts in the app are challenging but doable, and Chelsey’s demo videos really help me understand each exercise on another level. All I have to do is get my butt to the gym (or at home) and follow along.
