So convenient

It's super convenient for tracking food! And super helpful to be guided through the workouts step by step.

Do the work, and get results

No app is a miracle cure for weight loss or muscle gain. You gotta have the motivation to do it. But at the very least, BWS+ will help you at every step. It’s been a godsend of an app for me and without it I would’ve have burned off almost 100lbs since I began my weight loss journey years ago. It’s so easy to track your calories, and it’s workout programs all work so well for me. I’ve already got family and friends on this app, and I thank the dev team for making this app so useful for everyday people like me!

Best App Purchase I’ve Made

This is a 5-star app and the best purchase I’ve made. Thanks to this app and staying fully committed to logging nutrition and completing the workouts, I have gone from 191 lbs to 179 in just two months. I had hit a plateau with my workouts and weight, and I was seeking something new. I came across this app and am so glad I did. It has everything you need to succeed, including meal tracking, workouts, and helpful short nuggets of info. I use it throughout the day.

One change that will benefit many.

The app is very well formatted already, great use of money. But I think adding the pause from being at the top of the rep to the bottom and exploding back up would be helpful, such as Dumbbell Press, informing users to let the down rep to be 2 seconds and exploding up would be very optimal.

Gross AI food images

The AI images used to show suggested recipes make me feel ill to look at them. Something so uncanny about them triggers something in me that makes me feel like they're not safe to eat. Very off-putting and not authentic.

Upper bicep tendinitis

I started doing the isometrics and I’m pain free after one week. At the beginning I could hardly lift my arm without severe pain. I’m gradually increasing the resistance.
Also helpful is doing the dumbbell press with the palms facing each other.

Over worked

This app feels like a full time job with the amount of things they ask

Awesome!

This app has been great! The workouts, food tracking, and educational content are straightforward, valuable, and easy to navigate. It’s truly an all in one app!

Great but with feedback

This app is pretty fantastic but because it’s extremely expensive (I’ve bought the annual plan) I do think there are some tweaks that would make it even better.

-the option to quickly glance at an animated 3D figure preforming the exercise for a form check (maybe with the target muscles highlighted). The YouTube videos are great and definitely necessary for a brand-new exercise but for a quick reminder there needs to be something short.

-copying meals from different days to the current day. So far it seems you can only copy yesterdays meals but sometimes I want to copy last weeks for example. In general the nutrition part of the app should work towards being as fully customisable as my fitness pal or similar.

-picking how often you want to weigh in, I’ve noticed you don’t have a successful green ring if you forget to weigh in. I know daily is recommended but as woman I’m not sure I’m comfortable with that yet. It would be nice if we could set a reminder for every three days or something and still get to cross each day off successfully. Maybe I haven’t found a setting for that yet.

-I also want to add that I just now found the “lessons”. I had done the initial prep lesson but had no idea there were so many more. Probably my fault for not noticing the tabs but new apps are a bit confusing. I can see now daily weigh ins are important for calculating maintenance calories but without seeing the lesson I wouldn’t know that. Also I started on phase two of training automatically rather than phase one as it seems is recommended. All of this is quite confusing and I feel like should be more clearly explained in a way the user can’t accidentally miss. Maybe big highlighted “new lesson” on the dashboard etc.

Just fine

I will focus on the food log mostly as the training plan is pretty good.
Where do I start, the food log is terrible, missing products, can’t simply copy from previous days, adding new meals is just absolutely a nightmare. When you look on to add something, the list is awful. It should filter your products, guess what. It doesn’t. You have to scroll and look for everything. You can’t simply add eggs for lunch, because the day earlier you added them to breakfast so this stupid app won’t let you! So you have to look for the exact same product again.
Overall is a good app, but food login mostly need look at

Amazing workout app!

This is everything you could want in a smart workout app. I was using a pdf on my phone to keep track of my exercises. This solves that, educates you, counts your calories and macros it’s literally amazing!

One thing I wish was on there is to be able to see how the calories burned through workouts affects your total calorie allotment. That’s the only thing that I would like to see. Other than that, chefs kiss

Exceptional

My wife and I have had this app since launch and watched it develop over time into the complete fitness tool. They truly listened to the early adopters’ feedback and implemented so much. The crazy thing is there is no let up in the developers continually improving this for the ultimate user experience. If you are serious about your health and fitness then do not hesitate in giving this a try. Worth every penny! Thank you to Jeremy and his hard-working team.

Built with everything

It’s helpful to have everything in one place - makes it easier to stay committed, I’m still not great at tracking but I do much more bc it’s all one app AI Jeremy is so helpful and the real one is pretty epic too! Hopeful in a year I may be a totally different person for the better

Workout recording

I completed all the sets and recorded it but the app said I didn’t finish my workout. Fix the glitch please

Great App

I love how it clearly shows proper form for each exercise in video format.

Great structure

The nutritional tracking and education combined with specific workouts and demonstrations in one app is very helpful and simple system.

Great but

I would just like to share my actual workout w a coach but it doesn’t show the reps and sets when sharing.

Best I’ve used

I’ve used many workout apps over the years, and this one I can truly say has been the most valuable. While there are some areas for improvement, it has by far been the easiest to use and most comprehensive as far as managing macros and overall training.
