My order time is constantly changed
I used to love buncha. In the past couple of months, however, they have become unreliable. They continue to change my delivery times when I make an order. It’s one thing to change it to later in the day, but unfortunately when i am buying groceries I can’t wait 5 days to get them. Such a bummer!

Awesome grocery delivery service in the twin cities. I love their eco-friendly model and also all the shoppers have been great. They will let you know if something is out of stock and will look for other options if you want them to! Great communication. Happy to support this company!

Buncha is an excellent service and I have used them for quite some time. The deliveries are prompt and the contact with me during the shopping is wonderful. I typically shot one store at a time per order, but the other options are available.

So many options!
In my area the other grocery delivery has the traditional grocery stores only. Through Buncha I am able to get items from Aldi and Costco (even without a Costco membership!)

Love the idea . . . But poor customer support ruins it!
Buncha itself as a service is the BEST but if you have an issue, there’s no person to call to explain and the texting back and forth takes days if not weeks to resolve! 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve loved Buncha and been a loyal customer since early days however now I often end up using other services bc Buncha support can’t resolve a simple billing issue in a timely way—I can’t wait a week of back and forth texts to get $3.45 refunded AND they can’t prevent the issue from happening again each time I order. Sorry to complain and give poor rating but I’m fed up!

Confusing
They say they don’t deliver in my area. Meanwhile, my neighbor next-door gets this service almost all the time. It’s very frustrating considering that I’m went through surgery and I’m not able to move right now.
Great grocery delivery service!
I love that I can get items from multiple stores in one delivery. I believe their delivery drivers are employees (vs. gig workers), which I also like. Overall, this is a great, reliable delivery service which comes in very handy on busy weeks!
Terrible quality company
Don’t use Buncha! They used to be good, but they no longer communicate at all when they’re bringing your food. The past few times they’ve left my perishable food outside in the sun with no insulated bags and I had to throw some of it out. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times, tried to call to see when my food was on the way. No more. Also they’re substantially more expensive than other delivery places.

Zero stars
If I could rate it negative stars I would, this company does not do refunds or returns. I received a defective item and they best they could do was simply say “I’m sorry for that” they couldn’t refund, or offer a return option. No where does it say they don’t offer returns. And the item was defective. Do not recommend this service.

No accountability
This company has drivers who should not even have their license. Was nearly ran over by one of their drivers who then sped off to avoid apologizing to the people he nearly ran over. Not a company I will ever support.

Slow app
Love the concept but this service doesn’t work. Shopping everyone’s order at once really messes with the inventory in the store! I can’t tell you how many items the stores is always out of stock! They need to sync the store inventory with the app. This is the second time they pulled out of my neighborhood. There are much better delivery services out there like Instacart & Shipt.

All fun & games….
Loved Buncha… even after the various mistakes on my orders that occurred… then they stopped service to my area with no warning. Was such a great resource for our family with 2 adults working 3 jobs. So bummed out and frustrated.
Not as great as it could be
It’s great in theory but I’ve had issues the last few deliveries with drivers placing my orders down my front walk instead of on my very large doorstep (I’ve never had any other delivery service or even shipping service do this) and drivers damaging my 12 packs of water. They require you to contact support for refunds for missing or damaged items and sometimes it requires lengthy back and forth over email which isn’t necessary. I used to be able to get an order within a day or two but now it’s 3-5 days out, so I just end up using another service even if it costs more. I appreciate being able to shop multiple stores in one order but the frustrations with my recent deliveries and the lack of care from support over the issues has left me feeling like it’s not worth it. I’ve never had these issues with Shipt, Target or Walmart.

Trying to use but it crashes and closes all the time.
good but refund process is ridiculous
i use the app a lot and it’s really nice. the only issue is with their support. getting support is hard, they said their wait time is a few minutes but no one has responded to my requests. i was billed for an item but it wasn’t delivered and getting a refund is complicated. you can’t send a report to request it, they make you talk to support but support won’t answer my messages. it was only $4 but still the help center is terrible.
