I have placed orders from Burger Farm multiple times, and this issue keeps happening at the Mount Abu outlet. They accept the order and then cancel it without any proper reason. This repeated behavior is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It wastes the customer’s time and shows a lack of responsibility. If they cannot handle online deliveries properly, they should stop accepting orders. Very disappointing experience — I will not be ordering from this outlet again.

Useless app
Staff doesn’t accept orders and when they do. You yourself has to go in and pick up from outlet, theres no use of drive and pickup service option. You won’t receive any reward points after a while and no customer support is available.

They can add a washroom or a basin for hand washing. Apart from it. It is a very nice and cool location to have your lunch, breakfast and dinner with your fellow mates and classmates and lover and girlfriend.

Rubbish app.. every time i try to login it creates problem.. and doesnt send otp on time … cant even logon to my account for ordering food… whats the purpose of this app if someone cant order food from you

Worst experience at Alwar , rajasthan outlet . I ordered a burger with regular bun but was denied and manager said only wheat bun is available …I checked on the app and regular bun was available and showed them and they said regular bun is coming from the transport bus in 10 minutes 😂😂…….Mr. RAHUL KHAN AND COMPANY at burger farm alwar.

There is no benefit of using burger farm app because the staff is never updated about the order and especially in the case of drive in the staff never gives the order in the car there is no benefit in doing drive in and enter car no and everything why these guys keep such options which they can’t make up to

Malviya Nagar Jaipur outlet does not accept order on app
Your Malviya Nagar jaipur outlet does not accept order on app even after 20 minutes, then I came to the outlet and the waiter started shouting at me and saying wait for another 20 minutes now…one of the worst staff you have here and if you don’t want that we should order from your app then please close the app and put a sign that order from outlet only because ultimately we have to come here to get them to accept our order.

App is good but outlets don’t accept till you go there and nudge them personally to accept the order, what’s the point of app, if outlets don’t accept order quickly . Wasted more than 20 min on several occasions , malviya nagar outlet on SLN marg Jaipur
Awesome experience
I recently visited the Burgerfarm with a group of friends and we were all impressed by the variety of options on the menu. We all found something we loved and the portions were huge. And yes don’t forget to use a club discount as we get a 40% flat discount with it.

Staffing
After visiting lots of time I found that the staff of Burger Farm is not at all professional ,especially Kalwar Road outlet , Manager here behave so casually like he is local fruit vendor and the way he talking to client …… although ground level staff is quit good but managerial is so least.
I’ll give 2 out of 10 for cleanses of that branch
Though I had mentioned also in comment book but there was no respond at all .
Hope somebody read and take proper action else outlet is yours .
