useless services and staff behaviour

I ordered food at 9:30 am they confirmed the order is ok the order got delayed by 1 hour I tried calling their contacts many times they did not pick up after 1 hour I get a call from them saying your order is where to be delivered why should I tell you when the location is already entered, the order is packed but it was not delivered on time and I told them that the food should be hot then they say it will take 20-25 minutes more otherwise cancel the order what kind of thing is this it has happened once before also I myself had to order takeaway after 1 hour there, they have useless app and services

Staff let’s the store down

Poor staff specially who are working at the store. You order a burger and they take 1.5 hours to deliver at your door step. You order a pizza and it’s 3 hours and if you order a meal today, you will get it after 24 hours. P.s customer care is next level where they connect you to store after waiting but does not resolve the issue.

Worst app interface

My order was never recieved and also my payment has not been refunded by them how could they even deduct amount . I want my refund i don’t get any order no. nothing . I want urgent intervention to this pls contact me on mail

Worst Delivery Platform

I have been realy frustating and bad experience with Rominus, I ordered pizza and other stuffs from Rominus, Crossing Republic Shahberi Outlet to my home which is 1.5KM far from the outlet, Still it took more than 1.5 hrs to delivery the food and pizza was literally cold as it seems like it was baked 2-3 hours ago. I got no proper response from support, no proper tracking available in Rominus application it shows only Order Packed no GPS tracking no delivery executive updates. I promise it's my last time that I ordered something from Rominus

Worst service and cooking

I feel did not get proper training. Either provide good offers to customers but not on the basis of compromising the quality. I eat 90% of the bread and only 10% stuffing was there. That’s it. It’s time to Install the app.
