Worst Delivery Platform

I have been realy frustating and bad experience with Rominus, I ordered pizza and other stuffs from Rominus, Crossing Republic Shahberi Outlet to my home which is 1.5KM far from the outlet, Still it took more than 1.5 hrs to delivery the food and pizza was literally cold as it seems like it was baked 2-3 hours ago. I got no proper response from support, no proper tracking available in Rominus application it shows only Order Packed no GPS tracking no delivery executive updates. I promise it's my last time that I ordered something from Rominus

Worst service and cooking

I feel did not get proper training. Either provide good offers to customers but not on the basis of compromising the quality. I eat 90% of the bread and only 10% stuffing was there. That’s it. It’s time to Install the app.

Awful experience

I’ve order for first time today but this is really annoying. It’s been 2 hours now but my order not delivered and when I am trying to call customer care no one is picking up my call

Fraudsters

They are running a scam. I placed an order at 7:41pm and it’s 9:41pm and it still shows that the order is packed. Tried calling them but their contact number starts woth +7 also tried reaching out to the outlet but no response. It’s a prepaid order and I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed.

Bugs while logging in.

Even when i am filling totally right otp digit by digit, it is still showing- incorrect OTP, I am very frustrated with it, what should I do to Register? What's the Solution of this glitch? Team Rominus! I request you to please fix this Glitch ASAP!

Not even able to login

I am writing to report a persistent issue with the app. For the last 4–5 days, I have been unable to log in to my account.
Every time I attempt to sign in, the app stays on the same screen and does not progress further. It appears to be frozen or stuck in a loop. I have already tried multiple times over the past few days without success.

Delivery boy kabhi tomato catch up lekr aate hain or kabhi nhi toh please apni policies clear kijiye ki tomato catch up dena hai ya nhi dena hai jisse costumer apna arrangement kre abhi ye Bina tomato catch up k pizza kese khaya jaaye ?

Late pizza third class pizza pizza same ka time 2.30 hours

Tum logo se pizza time pe nhi Diya Jata to band kar do isko public pagal hai hum jase log pagal hai glti karte hai inse le ke is se acha dominos hai 30 min only sab log isko 1 star do

About Staff and delivery

Usually I don’t write an review about any app , but this is my first time and im here just for my mental peace, I ordered something through this app at 7:09 PM and it confirms at 9:28 PM , and at the end I receives an call from staff saying- we can’t deliver your order.
(i dont use English as my primary mode of communication)

Worst app totally scam

I ordered a pizza, and it took over an hour to arrive. The staff kept lying about the order status. This is the worst app I’ve used — you’re trying to imitate Domino’s, but you can’t match their service quality. You should be ashamed of misleading customers like this. A wolf in a lion’s skin can never be a lion. Stop making false promises of 11 or 25-minute delivery if you can’t keep them.
