Rude Staff Behavior
I have been a regular customer, but the service was very disappointing. The staff member at the token counter was rude and unprofessional. I was even refused just one extra ketchup packet, which was disappointing considering I have spent around ₹20,000–25,000 at this outlet over time.
Because of this experience, I will not be visiting this place again. I hope the management improves its customer service and staff behavior.

Bed delivery
I have placed orders from Burger Farm multiple times, and this issue keeps happening at the Mount Abu outlet. They accept the order and then cancel it without any proper reason. This repeated behavior is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It wastes the customer’s time and shows a lack of responsibility. If they cannot handle online deliveries properly, they should stop accepting orders. Very disappointing experience — I will not be ordering from this outlet again.
