No Customer Service
I made a slight error while purchasing two tickets one of the names I put on my second ticket was incorrect. So I had only choice was to use the texting. Complete failure kept coming back saying we can’t find your ticket. Try this. Try that. I finally got frustrated and said I wanna talk to Customer representative. That is not available. Ended up having to cancel the entire trip fortunate. I bought the insurance had to eat the fee and then rebook the trip completely. You have human beings live agents to talk to support your business? Unacceptable.

I bought a ticket with this company and the bus station specified on the ticket did not exist. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM.

Good but it would be so much better if you would be given option to elect a seat based on availability. Several time
