Must have for escape room owners!
Buzzshot has been a game changer for our business. The platform makes it incredibly easy to request and collect reviews, and we’ve seen a noticeable increase in both the number and quality of reviews since using it. Everything is straightforward, reliable, and actually works the way it’s supposed to.
On top of that, their support and responsiveness have been great. It’s clear they understand small businesses and how important reputation management is. We honestly feel like we owe them this review after how much they’ve helped us grow our online presence. SOLVES SO MANY ESCAPE ROOM OWNER PROBLEMS
I cannot say enough good about this app and developer. We began by just looking for an app to do branded photos - Buzzshot does that better than the rest.
We tried desperately to find a way to integrate leaderboard data into our lobby and website, preferably with a live pushs - Buzzshot does that better than the rest (most can’t do it at all).
Waivers? Usually a separate and difficult to fully integrate issue, critical to escape rooms - Buzzshot does that better than the rest, easily integrated with team names and stats.
Then there’s team/player data and analytics. The ability to see at a glance how your groups are comprised, average team numbers, completion timess - Buzzshot does that better than the rest.
And reviews. I was shocked to find out Buzzshot not only includes a request and link when emailing the players game photo, it allows you to view/manage all reviews from the back end interface. You can even choose to send the photo without requesting a review.- Buzzshot does reviews better than the rest.
Responsive and helpful, support is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with any other service. - Buzzshot does it better than the rest.
