App doesn’t work but cabs are really good
Since last 10 days app has simply stopped working it stays freezed on booting screen and doesn’t go beyond even after few hours. It’s a shame as I really liked the cabs much better and well maintained than Uber or Ola.

Disappointing bookings always
They don’t have enough cabs to serve . I had scheduled booking before 6 hrs & it got cancelled , recd msg before 35 mins of scheduled time . But they couldn’t send another cab during d course . Their uniqueness was their price , but now Ola n uber n Indrive matches d price or max more by 10% only .

Customer service are very bad even the head its always our fault and how we talk, They even charge toll amount but it should not since ev’s are exempted from toll tax in maharashtra according to GR passed on 23rd May, and ask customer to talk to the authorities even we haven’t made transaction with the authorities.

Forgot password feature not working so unable to access the app
When clicked on forgot password a screen appears with my Mobile number pre filled and does not allow to change it. On clicking next it says enter correct Mobile number. Please fix this
Excellent E cab
Using since last more than 4 years excellent service by CAB -E for shedule booking and book now facilities. Drivers are also good well dress and good behaviour with customers
