App doesn’t work but cabs are really good
Since last 10 days app has simply stopped working it stays freezed on booting screen and doesn’t go beyond even after few hours. It’s a shame as I really liked the cabs much better and well maintained than Uber or Ola.

Disappointing bookings always
They don’t have enough cabs to serve . I had scheduled booking before 6 hrs & it got cancelled , recd msg before 35 mins of scheduled time . But they couldn’t send another cab during d course . Their uniqueness was their price , but now Ola n uber n Indrive matches d price or max more by 10% only .

Customer service are very bad even the head its always our fault and how we talk, They even charge toll amount but it should not since ev’s are exempted from toll tax in maharashtra according to GR passed on 23rd May, and ask customer to talk to the authorities even we haven’t made transaction with the authorities.

Forgot password feature not working so unable to access the app
When clicked on forgot password a screen appears with my Mobile number pre filled and does not allow to change it. On clicking next it says enter correct Mobile number. Please fix this
Excellent E cab
Using since last more than 4 years excellent service by CAB -E for shedule booking and book now facilities. Drivers are also good well dress and good behaviour with customers
No Cabs always
There r hardly any cabs. 1 out of 10 times cabs get assigned. 9 times cabs not available despite booking 1 day in advance. When spoke to drivers many have left due to poor company policies and there are hardly any cabs. Uber is better
Bad customer service
They have an option of scheduling a cab, but once you schedule you don’t know if the cab has been scheduled or not, even at the point when the scheduled time arrives you don’t get any updates nor a cab.
Non reliable Cab services
It’s the worst cab service. Even after assigning a driver and getting a trip ID, the driver doesn’t show up gives reasons for not coming and pickup. Out of 10 trips 9 trips they fail to allot a cab driver and if by chance booking is assigned the driver doesn’t show up especially in morning time slots. It’s a record.

Good product, Buggy app
I’ve been using Cab E for a few years and I understand new apps have glitches and it’s a work in progress. However your last update is terrible. I hit “forget password” and it says my number is wrong. How could it be? It doesn’t give me an email option to change it either. So now I’ve been locked out of my own account and can’t use cab-e vehicles anymore. Please fix it

Good clean cabs at affordable rates
Their cabs are clean & well maintained. The cab drivers are polite and call 30 mins before a scheduled trip to let me know that they are on the way. The fares are great with no sudden surge pricing.
Don't rely on cab-e.
Firstvitbws cheap. But now they are as costly as other cab service operators.
The worst part is that they don't accept the bookings , the Admin has a track record of cancelling the bookings 98% out of 10 bookings 9 bookings aren't done.
Should not rely on them for early morning bookings.

Nice cabs and affordable
I had a awesome experience cabs are clean and affordable compared to all other cab service in mumbai.
Poor App for IOS users
Not a user friendly app for IOS users. Tried multiple time to add funds in wallet using various UPI wallets/Net Banking but no success. Finally added funds using UPI. When I booked a cab with option of using funds from wallet then it didn’t allowed. I had to pay driver using other payment method.
My money is stucked in wallet but there is no option of transferring it back to my bank. This is frustrating.

Highly Unreliable, irresponsible
Though the concept of mobility is excellent and I deliberately try to book EV to promote but they don’t have any customer service. The no. which r mentioned just ring n nobody attend. Thrice I booked scheduled cabs but online the booking vanishes n no intimation. I parked money in their wallet n there is no chance to withdraw. Highly irritating with this kind of irresponsible service.

It's a good option to book cabs from the airport.
Scammers don’t take this
They will show the estimated charges for the ride through their app based on this when you take a ride, their app will generate far more charges than they quoted. If you ask for the refund they will refuse it. Where as if you take uber their app is accurate and shows correct estimated charges for ride.

Fares are comparatively lower compared to other cab service providers but if you’ve to immediately go somewhere then it’s not recommended as cab takes around 20mins to arrive.
Also, the app doesn’t show the live location of driver nor the location where cab is at present
Only once driver enters otp it shows that app has reached your location and once the drive completes the trip thatb point the app will directly show your destination location
Need to work a lot on the app itself. Hoping these issues gets fixed in the future updates
