Too comfortable
Now having to go through hoops to get a refill. Get a refill, ask for $75 + $15. I pay quarterly. Go to refill option, get told to get labs or submit labs. Go from front page. Same thing

Can’t say enough good things about this app. The doctors I have dealt with in offices are so dismissive, or are just not very knowledgeable. Not to mention all the hoops they have you jump through to get care, get medication refills, or get tests ordered! And most of their apps and platforms aren’t even useful- it takes days to get replies, then half the time it’s “I’m not ordering anything unless you come into the office.” With CallOnDoc, when I developed an ear infection just before a snowstorm hit, I was able to get medication within four hours! They’ve also helped me manage my blood pressure and weight. The cost is so reasonable, and their follow up is fantastic. I like that they can order labs too. So happy!! Totally worth it!!

Great service!
CallOnDoc is very easy to use for minor healthcare needs. I get frequent sinus infections and it’s a great way to quickly get an antibiotic.
Underrated!
After some quick research when I had an insane migraine, I decided to try this app because I didn’t want to do a video call due to light sensitivity. I was able to quickly fill out the questionnaire and get a prescription sent over from a real dr to my local pharmacy within an hour! I did it on my phone in my bed with the lights off, and there was no back and forth banter it was really hassle free. I have insurance but payed out of pocket for this and it was only $40. The medication was only $5 as well without insurance. This service is amazing and I definitely will use it again when I’m sick, no more will I be going to a walk in clinic. I literally did everything in like 10 minutes, took a nap, then my pharmacy texted me my prescription was ready. If you’re a busy person or don’t want to deal with talking to people and know your exact issue then this is for you.

Great services
I just bought a membership. They have great services for those suffering from STD’s or other health problems. Would highly recommend their website. Fast and reliable.
Repetitive questions and poor communication
It’s taken me several days to attempt to refill my script. The script that I had erroneously assumed was already a 90 day supply.
Refilling a script should not be this difficult. I have subscribed to this service partly because I wanted convenience and it has not been convenient. I have become frustrated.
The app Jammed up several times and subscribing was far more complicated than I would have hoped
I still don’t know if my refill will go through. I imagine I’ll have to answer 4 more messages. I’m still frustrated and disappointed.

I have been using CallOnDoc for years now and I absolutely love it! It started with a toothache while away on vacation and they have since even helped me change my entire life losing 80 pounds in a year managing and prescribing a GLP1! I only see my PCP for my physical now and use CallOnDoc for everything else. I cannot recommend them enough!

Easiest fastest highest quality care
Every since I first heard about this up in 2022, I’ve only used call on dock whenever my primary care doctor is not available. I live in a small town and there are early closing hours for pharmacy, and it takes 2 to 3 weeks to even make his doctors appointment that I have to drive to if I’m able to get off of work to finally make it to the appointment. This is the best easiest healthcare up to use and the expectations set for. Available for each healthcare issue you are experiencing makes it the best possible solution to get back to feeling 100% regardless of Wellness over issue you’re dealing with
