Every since I first heard about this up in 2022, I’ve only used call on dock whenever my primary care doctor is not available. I live in a small town and there are early closing hours for pharmacy, and it takes 2 to 3 weeks to even make his doctors appointment that I have to drive to if I’m able to get off of work to finally make it to the appointment. This is the best easiest healthcare up to use and the expectations set for. I love love love this app. It is my favorite app. As a mom of two little kids sometimes it’s hard for me to find time to get to the drs and when I know I have a uti or step or some infection, not having to schedule an appointment with a doctor that can see me in A FEW DAYS plus find a babysitter - this has been a lifesaver. It’s really easy to use too. I will never live without it in my back pocket.

This is actually my first review I’ve ever left on the App Store because I genuinely felt like this service deserved it. CallOnDoc has saved me so much time and stress. They actually process and work on your prior authorizations instead of leaving you waiting around with no updates.

Great Idea. Terrible Customer Service.
This app has been a lifesaver to me and my family. It helps me that I didn't have to load the family in the car just for a simple doctor visit. The idea that it is open and available 24 hours 7 days a week is awesome! But! The customer service is terrible. Not responsive. There is a messaging center that you can send in questions or concerns, but no one is coming. Basically you are just on your own. Use the message center to jot down notes to self, it's all it's good for.
