It’s easier to get citizenship to sign up for this app. The camera works in reverse for your con trying to explain it, but they got five stars for effort.

Good Customer Service
The app was buggy when it came to scanning my PR card despite following all the instructions but thankfully customer support resolved it smoothly after reaching out. The discounts are really great for exploring Canada and I’m glad I found out about Canoo.
Unable to scan
If you try to scan the PR card, the camera opens up in a weird way where none of the options are visible. You must close and reopen the app to try again as there’s no other way. But after multiple retries cannot proceed scanning the back of the PR card.
Unstable app
Been scanning my PR card for over 15 minutes. The app keeps crashing and have to close it multiple times just to start from scratch again and again

Fix your authentication
Genuinely. Who was the “genius” who though acceding by confirming a link in a email was a good idea? Different mail apps will work differently when opening the link into different browsers and not into the app. There are many variables for this to go wrong at each user device. Thank you very much for the discount but the app is now not usable. I rather have user and password for login or confirmation with access code.

You try to verify via email and it keeps pushing you to the iOS Mail instead of Outlook, or Gmail or anything else you use. Can’t even verify online - absolute garbage app.
Not useful and buggy
Won’t register. Has outdated events. Need to filter through many old events. App not maintained.

The app does not open in ios26.3 at all.
