Logged me out
The app entirely logged me out, when ever i try to log back in it won’t let me and says the app has been expirencing fraudulent activity.
Simple and functional
Easy sneak peeks at my accounts and simple to do transfers and mobile deposits.
Caped Banking
I take my CAP off to CapEd! I appreciate and rely on the UNION that has secured private access to my money through their online banking app. Recently, I spoke with ED, a CapEd employee, he was so helpful. He answered my questions and saved me time and well, now I have time to enjoy fishing at my favorite river BANK on FEDERAL Way. I must give CREDIT to the CAPED FEDERAL CEDIT UNION. A BANK you BANK on.

Almost Great
This has certainly made banking with Cap Ed quite convenient. I enjoy being able to log on and check my accounts and loan balance. The only drawback I have experienced is it seems that quite often the program wants to confirm my identity although I’m logging on with the same device. This becomes annoying as it sends confirmation emails or texts that I must enter prior to getting access to my information. I activated the “Remember this device” button but that did not seem to help.

Deposits no longer showing green?
This is one of the primary and most simplistic functions of the app that disappeared a couple months ago in notate. Why?!
Best credit union app
I have a loan through caped, and my local banks stopped shared banking, but with the ease of access to the app (thus my loan) I have no worries! The app is so miser friendly it’s almost too good to be true. I can find anything I need regarding my loan, can keep up with any changes, check my credit scores, transfer money and easily view what I need. This is one of the best banking apps I’ve ever had!

Got an auto loan here a few years ago, and now I’ve completed it. Over all it was a great place to get a loan. I’d definitely do it again

I have had this app for a year and the facial recognition has never worked.
