Long after my credit rating on other apps went to exceptional this app languished in the low end of good. I’m so much better than they will ever know, haha

Not user friendly

Tried repeatedly to open account because site stated I already had an account. Went through several different steps to change password and wanted to update email. None of which worked.

Not impressed

App won’t load and sends emails about my credit score going up 15 but only went up 2. Then when I do try to open the app, it won’t load and kicks me off the app. Terrible app

Are Credit Scores held artificially low?

My score on CW is in the mid 600’s and no matter what I do, it will not go above a certain point. My score on Experian is in the mid 700’s. Why the difference, is it because Capital One is trying to push more CC? It makes no sense.

Good

They’re pretty good I’m satisfied with them

Grateful

I’m old and not too swift on I-phones.
After I fidget in I was happy. How do I see 50 accounts in my name please?
Sincerely

OK

Credit score

I’m on month 5 and still haven’t received a credit score

Technology

With me not being real tech savvy, this is a good way for me to find out how healthy my account is

Good

I like credit wise

John Bailey

CreditWise has been an absolutely fantastic partner in my pursuit of a better credit score. I have, and still do use other credit monitoring, and improvement apps, but none of them even compare to CreditWise.

CreditWise

I really like Capital One CreditWise because I feel like it gives a more accurate credit report and it gives you information if somebody’s trying to open an account that you have an authorized very helpful app

Not mine

I don’t know what this app is but I was just checking my credit on credit wise and this kovo app showed up and has lowered my credit score which to me is BS

Double counting

Credit agency 1 picked up a car loan then 4 months later credit agency 2 picks up the same loan and my debt is doubled. I didn’t know that I could borrow so much, I still have to make monthly payments with the same income. I’m bankrupt according to this scheme. But … Maybe I’m simplifying

Locked out due to suspicious activity

Says I need to reset password but resetting password doesn’t fix it. I’m permanently unable to see what bad things someone to doing to me.

Simple App

This is an awesome app for checking your credit. It’s simple easy to use and very nicely laid out.

My credit was frozen

They still send me unsolicited marketing for credit cards. Not legal for them to do so. Also, downgrade credit if you don’t keep a balance.

Information is Outdated

Everything is wrong on my report if you compare it to current credit reports and information. My credit score is around 660, My payments are 100% on time. You are hurting my efforts to improve my credit.

Question

Why hasn’t my score changed at all? For MONTHS, maybe longer. It has been 785 forever it seems yet others have me over 800. It’s as if yours is not real. Also, your health section doesn’t even give me an option to send in a question if the predetermined questions aren’t what I wanna ask or what I’m concerned about.
