Absolutely useless

I am a member of the Experian service. Periodically my credit score drops by 24 points despite the fact that, as per Experian AI, only positive changes have been reported. This has happened multiple times but the AI is telling me that I am doing great.
I have spend a horrifying amount of time trying to figure out how to speak to an actual human about this with no success. I ended up writing a bad review about their service, which prompted a follow up email from their service department. Woohooo!! I finally had a human to talk to by email. I explained to them that I needed to talk to someone who could tell me which reported item lowered my credit score since I don’t see one at all. For more than a week they just keep telling me that they are not credit advisors. I keep asking them to refer me to someone that could point out the reported item in question but they can’t do that either. I don’t need an advisor to raise my score, I need someone to show me a specific reported item. Experian is one of the three major credit reporting agencies. As such you would think that pointing out a reported item wouldn’t be such a problem. Well, no such luck.
Their membership is absolutely useless if you need any help at all. All you can do with it is watch a number go up and down and listen to their AI who tries to make you feel better about it. Total waste of time and space!
