Can’t use the coupons bc it’s not on the app
I have a coupon for 2 2 piece fish and fries,but there is no 2 piece fish and fries on the menu online. There is a combo, but it doesn’t work with that. Then it offered me free hush puppies and then told me I couldn’t have those either. I hate ordering at the drive thru i just want it to be ready when i get there. You can use the coupons online it says… but how?

Too bad it doesn’t work. Can’t login to reward account, can’t place an order. Gives an error anytime I’ve tried.
Jasper location is amazing!

I just downloaded app to my new phone. And in a matter of 48hrs giving me an error message. All my promos have disappeared and my points aren’t being recorded. Do you need help are you good
I’ve never gotten a bad meal at Captain D’s!
We go through the drive-through quite often and especially enjoy the meal deals. The food is always hot fresh and delicious!

Aggravating pop up
Very aggravating that when it popped up the question of how I was enjoying the app, I selected “not now” and 5 seconds later it’s asking me again, and again, and again. This is the first time I’ve used the app so that was not a pleasant experience.
No text code
I tried to do an app order and it wanted to send me a code via text. I tapped via email and tried to enter my email but it stopped me and said I didn’t have an account. So I tapped create an account and it started over with wanting to send me a code via text. This app is a dead end.
Limited sauce choices
Other than selecting the sauces for my family meal, I couldn’t find a way to add any extra tartar sauce.
No hush puppies as a side
In the online app when you get a fish meal you can’t substitute your side with hush puppies like there’s no option for it. You can only get the other sides. It sucks.
