Limited sauce choices
Other than selecting the sauces for my family meal, I couldn’t find a way to add any extra tartar sauce.
No hush puppies as a side
In the online app when you get a fish meal you can’t substitute your side with hush puppies like there’s no option for it. You can only get the other sides. It sucks.

Originally a one but due to the speediness of my order BY THE KITCHEN, I gave a 3. After ordering on-line, I walked in to pick it up and no customers were in line or sitting there waiting for their food. I was greeted with, “Welcome to Captain D’s. There is going to be a 5 minute wait before I can take your order.” It was a
younger girl with dark hair. I told her it was a pick up she said to sit down and wait. I was pleasantly surprised when they had my food ready within 5 minutes. In all fairness, after I walked in, more people came in and they were told the same thing. However, when I asked

there is almost always a bunch. I asked her too please look, low and behold,
I had a box of
Cracklins. If I just walked in and demanded cracklins without ordering any food, I can see the hesitation. She had just handed me my $25 order of food. I hate to complain but she needs re-educated on Customer Service skills.

Frustrated
Menu online does not allow you to purchase salmon or breadsticks. I always have to buy part of my food online and then order additional food after I get there. Not worth the trouble if you are in a hurry!
Sauces
It only allows me three sauces. So I’m always choosing 2 vinegars and 1 ketchup. It won’t allow me anything pass 3. But what am I suppose to do with 4 pieces of fish and 2 vinegars and 1 ketchup!? Fix it!

captain D’s doesn’t honor the coupons for $4.99 meals because they don’t show in their system. Very disappointing and misleading.

i cant use any of my rewards! ever! at any of the locations i try at. i have plenty of rewards points, but i cant add a single one of them. kinda useless in that regard

Captain D’s is one of my favorite restaurants to eat from! I only wish the Moncks Corner, SC location was included in this app so I wouldn’t have to travel so far to pick up my food and to gather and use my points and promotions.

This app has been having the same issue for weeks now and it needs to be fixed I should be able to add my sides to the two can dine deal without the system unselecting my sides and not letting me order!!!!!
