The food is delicious, but I have never been able to get their rewards program to work. I have all these points and the app will not add rewards
Hush puppies
It would be fantastic if you could choose hush puppies as one of your sides instead of having to purchase a whole side order. The hush puppies are the main reason for eating at Capt D’s.
Order Name Embarassment
The online app asked me what name I wanted to add for my order but used my first name instead of the name i added, very embarrassing and confusing and absolute non sense

Wasn’t able to redeem my rewards for my birthday dessert or my free hush puppies ( which are the best I’ve ever had).

Hi, a friend of mine used this app and placed an order for she and I but when I went back to place it independently using voiceover I cannot move around and place my order choose from options etc. independently. It lacks voiceover accessibility so I cannot claim my reward I cannot deal with using points adding points etc. Please make this app voiceover accessible. There are many others out here who use voiceover, built-in from Apple, not a third-party app.

First time using the app to order and it was pretty easy. Love Captain D’s.
Missing food
I always end up not getting all my food or shorted 1 pice of fish. And all of the workers do not know how to do the rewards. It should be able to take off at the cart not at the drive up window

Food was ready when I picked it up. Unexpectedly the chicken is very good. Definitely not over cooked. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a family meal ( for 4) and get to the sauce section and I only get an option of 3 THREE SAUCES!! Insane! How cheap!!

I come to this location at least once a week or more when working in office to treat myself for being a good employee. This staff is ALWAYS friendly and the food is ALWAYS fresh.

I ordered ahead and my lunch was ready ,warm and the plate looked like a work of art it was very tasty and delicious.
The crew all spoke to me the dining room and bathroom was very clean.
A great stop for lunch these people care about my experience and I am thankful.
