i cant use any of my rewards! ever! at any of the locations i try at. i have plenty of rewards points, but i cant add a single one of them. kinda useless in that regard

Captain D’s is one of my favorite restaurants to eat from! I only wish the Moncks Corner, SC location was included in this app so I wouldn’t have to travel so far to pick up my food and to gather and use my points and promotions.

This app has been having the same issue for weeks now and it needs to be fixed I should be able to add my sides to the two can dine deal without the system unselecting my sides and not letting me order!!!!!

Slow Service
Food was very good but I’ve had faster service at a full service restaurant. Waiting more than 30 minutes is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.

The workers never want to scan the app and when I try to do it manually it doesn’t let me. This was in Somerset Ky

I love using the Captain D’s app except for one thing. The app doesn’t offer a way to choose the Country Style Fish Batter which I like.

Very long wait time good food
Every time I purchase from this Captain D’s in particular the wait time is ridiculously long, but the food is really good and the service is good. Another thing I really hate about it is the air-conditioning unit in the restaurant is usually broken down and customers we do not appreciate having to sweat while waiting for your food. Also, I feel bad that the employees are sweating like crazy to where they look like they are going to pass out. Also, they are sweating like crazy and wiping their forehead and then touching your bags of food and all the other items I think that’s really gross. You need to keep a fixed air conditioner there for employees and customers thank you.

Abby helped me select a great meal, it was hot and fresh! Then she helped me with my Birthday Cheesecake reward which was awesome!! I always have the best experience here, but Abby truly cares.
