I can no longer use the app. When I call someone the caption does not show up at all. The delays are so bad that I get hung up on.
Update: STILL WILL NOT WORK !!!!! I make a call and before anyone answers it says my call was disconnected and trying to reconnect. I’ve had it. I’m looking for something else. Funny thing is after my initial complaint the response I got was “Thank you for using Olio”. Really? Must be some automated response.

This has messed up my telephone calls!
I do not get phone calls anymore. Please delete this app from my phone!
My son has called 4 times and gets connected to voicemail every time. My phone does not ring to tell me it’s him.

This app has been a Godsend to me. My hearing is almost nonexistent. With this app, if I don’t make out what is said, I can read it. This sure makes phone conversations so much better for me.

Language variation
I just want to know if you guys plan on adding more languages other than Spanish and English? And if I’m speaking with a Portuguese speaker from Brazil and I speak English if the language will automatically translate to English, if you do decide to add Brazilian Portuguese as a language.?

This is great! I can hear with the speaker on n read my call. Less anxiety n I don’t miss a word. Love it!!!
Caption call not good service
This has fut around my phone and no one can’t able to call me. I am so upset and frustrated that I lose my job because of this!
Streaming issues
For some reason while on a call the streaming through my cochlear implant stopped. I can not hear voice. The captions scream was moving up and down making reading difficult.

Good but keeps dropping calls
I love this app and think the transcription is very good, but I’m frustrated that after the latest update today it keeps dropping the call of whoever tries to call me. I need to take some important calls for my job lately so it’s not great that this is happening.
What an improvement. Easy to use
The captions are so clear. Easy tho follow along. I can save the transcript to review later.
