This is great! I can hear with the speaker on n read my call. Less anxiety n I don’t miss a word. Love it!!!
Caption call not good service
This has fut around my phone and no one can’t able to call me. I am so upset and frustrated that I lose my job because of this!
Streaming issues
For some reason while on a call the streaming through my cochlear implant stopped. I can not hear voice. The captions scream was moving up and down making reading difficult.

Good but keeps dropping calls
I love this app and think the transcription is very good, but I’m frustrated that after the latest update today it keeps dropping the call of whoever tries to call me. I need to take some important calls for my job lately so it’s not great that this is happening.
What an improvement. Easy to use
The captions are so clear. Easy tho follow along. I can save the transcript to review later.
This App is great!
I am extremely hard of hearing. My hearing is so bad I can’t only wear a hearing aid in my left ear. The calls I have made have been crystal clear with the captioning. I am so grateful I found this App.

My first call.
Amazing!! Better than expected. Dead on with words. I feel really great after finding this and using it. It’s a little freeing. I have dual cochlear implants that only fully work on one side. There was no jumble of words, and they were all correct. I’m thrilled!! Thank you for your service!!

I’m giving it 1 star for now.
After getting my new phone (T-mobile iPhone 17 Pro Max iOS 26.1) my CaptionCall app stopped working. Most out going calls failed to connect. Incoming calls to my native number failed to switch to the app for captioning. After lengthy chats some problems were resolves by switching off the “my caller id” feature. Unfortunately now incoming calls to my native number failed are not captioned, and any calls made from my native number are not captioned. Even if I open the app in the middle of a call, it the app will not caption the call. This is a known issue by the app provider and the phone carrier.

Inconsistent
The software worked well at first. But it fights with my blue tooth hearing aids. Won’t shut of, can’t get it to quit.

The signup for this app requires too much personal information. Considering the number of data breaches that industries are experiencing the risk is too great. Our first line of defense is to not give our data away in the first place.
