Please update your app. It’s fantastic that you can book through an app for immediate pickups. But the pre book and vehicle pick doesn’t work or is not visible.

App asks for a verification code and then doesn’t send one.
Simply the best
Easy to use. You can watch your car to see when it arrives. Fare estimate rate very convenient to see what the ride will cost . Drivers are the best.
Horrible
Tried this app for the first time and it doesn’t work. Went to prebook a taxi so I could get to an appointment on time and it keeps changing my address. I punch in 54, then it changes to 56, I punch in 54 again and it changes to 62. On top of that, it won’t let me choose a time to be picked up. The rolodex-thing that pops up to choose your date and time goes blank whenever I try to pick a number. How am I supposed to use that?
