FIX YOUR APP ASAP!
This app is completely broken. After updating to the latest version, it still won’t open properly. It just gets stuck on a blank white screen, making it impossible to access my account, check my balance, view my statement, or see the amount I owe. This is unacceptable for a credit card app. Customers depend on reliable access to their accounts, and this app has completely failed. Please fix this issue immediately.

When I go to “Payments” and select “Pay My Healthcare Bill” the app crashes every time.
Customer Service is poorly done.
I contacted customer service about a problem with my due date. Not only did they fail to provide clear instructions on how to avoid mistakes, but they were also unable to help resolve the issue itself. While the representatives were not rude, but they offered no meaningful assistance and couldn’t even fix an issue within their own system. I can’t wait to be done with this app and genuinely never use it again.
