Bank sucks!
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service. App is okay, but screw this bank and their stupid app. Money hungry, bank fraudsters!

The worse experience for me getting a care credit card .. I had a loan for $5500 my interest was no more then $30-60 I called in a few times because my min payments was like $30 i used to give $100 here and there’s and i wasn’t seeing my bal decrease i waited a couple years later i ask to add to my bal …the interest now $215 or little more and other fees besides payment process fee of $166 my loan was $11,000 the initial contract was $300 something a month I give $450 sometimes $500 and my account still shows up negative after a few days of good standards since i paid .I watch my account for random changes now this month i was charged a late fee even though I made a payment before the due date (Friday)and the due date was on a weekend (Sunday). I never dealt with a such company it seems like they are stealing money from people with their hidden fees I was getting charge for paper bill but opt out since I receive my care credit account . Now i see why a lot of providers stop taking care credit cards to many cons ! -this company making millions of consumers just by charging interest

I’m new to Care Credit and I must admit I’m enjoying how everything is right at your finger tips. The app is extremely easy to navigate.

CareCredit is almost unusable now because they decided to change their login system to synchrony bank which can’t even handle its own clients much less another company, I can’t even log into this account because synchrony is so worthless I am getting pretty close to never using CareCredit again I am so sick of having my login break constantly. I have never in my life run into a company we’re putting in my actual username and password doesn’t work so often it is ridiculous couldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore used to be able to

I really enjoy the ease of using the app along with the features available. It is easy to navigate, get information and do whatever is needed to manage my accounts.
Care credit
Having a really hard time with the app. I’m not sure if it’s synchrony but I have had non stop problems where I make a payment and the money is takin out of my account and then says decline but they money is just gone.

This is definitely a convenient app to have. It assists with locating everything health-wise for you and your pet regardless of where you are in the US. You can pay registered health care providers and much more.

While I take responsibility for not informing myself thoroughly enough before signing the credit agreement, I believe the way this loan was presented was extremely misleading.
The company takes plenty of time to explain and promote all the supposed benefits available to the customer. However, that same level of clarity and attention is absolutely not given when explaining the financial responsibilities and consequences of the agreement—particularly an interest rate that can reach almost 40%.
In my experience, this extremely important information was presented in a way that made it very easy to overlook. When speaking with representatives at the time the loan was arranged, I was not clearly warned or verbally informed about just how significant the interest charges could become.
Yes, as a customer, I had a responsibility to read and fully understand everything before signing. I accept that. But I also believe that a financial institution has a responsibility to make such significant terms clear and transparent, especially when dealing with people who may already be under financial and emotional pressure because they are trying to pay medical bills.
Providing financing for medical expenses under these kinds of terms is, in my opinion, disgraceful.
I strongly encourage anyone considering a loan from this company to think twice, read every single detail of the agreement, calculate exactly how much you could ultimately pay, and fully understand the interest rate before signing anything.

Still Happening — Terrible Login Experience
This problem is still ongoing. The CareCredit/Synchrony app repeatedly refuses valid login credentials, fails to recognize the correct phone number for authentication, and then demands excessive identity verification. The same credentials may suddenly work again days later without anything changing on my end.
This is an extremely frustrating and unreliable app experience. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix it. Synchrony needs to address the login and verification system instead of repeatedly locking legitimate customers out of their accounts.

Care Credit has enabled me to take care of needed dental work without incurring interest through a promotional program. It’s wonderful.
Best credit card app
This is by far the best app I have to manage my credit card. It’s extremely user friendly and easy to access any details I need. We need all credit cards to learn from this because some of them function like I’m trying to manage my MySpace account!
