Fabulous alternative to an answering service
We could not be happier! No more inaccurate info collected by the answering service, no more delays in paging. Recorded phone calls mean we can review the conversations (even the 2am ones) and improve our documentation as well as having the records for proof of care. And itโs all HIPAA compliant!
I highly recommend this
I was a little worried about new technology with some of our other doctors, but this has been easy to use. The co-founders are very nice and responsive, and their understanding of clinical workflow has made our transition to CareLINK easy.
A better way to take call

Better Than Dialers
My practice used to use a phone dialer that would block our personal numbers but didnโt offer much else. Moving to CareLINK has been great because it helps us manage our call schedule (like switching last second), keeps an audit trail, and also blocks our personal phone number.
Why didn't this exist 5 years ago?
My only complaint is this didn't exist 5 years ago. The customer service and onboarding process has been so easy and the quality of the product impressive enough that I have been going out of my way this week to recommend to my colleagues.
They fixed after hours call!
Switching to CareLINK has been easy and the customer service has been excellent! We were truly fed up with our old answering service making errors, so this has been a welcomed change. In addition, for the first time we no longer have to call back into the answering service to switch call!

This app has been very easy to use, and it has made our practice much more efficient.
A Boon to Our Practice
This app is a HUGE improvement over our prior call service app. The voice quality is excellent, and there is no delay when having a conversation with the caller. As an administrator, the online documentation is valuable. The designers/owners are tremendously responsive to concerns or suggestions for improvements. I'm extremely pleased with this app.

Amazing on call app for docs!
Our pediatric office switched to CareLINK almost a year ago and could not be happier. The app is reliable and user friendly. Alerts are easy to manage. Dictation keeps getting better. Fingerprint login makes access much easier. Support is amazing. The company keeps working to make additions and it is much appreciated!!

Life Changing App
After more than 20 years of challenges with answering services we are thrilled to find CareLink. This app has completely changed my on call experience. I get notifications right to my phone or Apple Watch! Easy call back right from app without need for *67. No more worries about a wrong number for a patient. Love the call recording option and reminders when on call. So many great features with this app and excellent sound quality too. Every aspect of use is easy and intuitive. Love it!

finally a complete answering service + call schedule management solution
My multi speciality group moved from a live answering service to PerfectServe, both of which were lacking. The CareLINK trial was easy, call schedule management and switching is a breeze - better than anything else I've seen. Alerting is great - I never miss even dead of night patient calls, and no more *67 to return patient calls! Voice quality is great - and the system keeps track of return calls to patients/hospitals. I can even take notes in the app after returning calls and can get photos sent to me securely by patients or the ER. Support is fantastic. Has helped office efficiency too - we have large office with 5 different specialities.
