via transit ruins the experience
The drivers do not know how to use the map
The driver asks me where to stop, and his map shows where to leave me. Why does he need a map if he asks me? I tell him he doesn't understand me and drives through the bus stop. This is the second time so why can't they just stop where it's indicated on the map is so infuriating

I got on my ride and a driver was yelling at me and swearing at me for being on the moment he came they bus came at 3:20 I got on the bus at 3:22 and he was yelling at me for what I’m literally 16 and he’s yelling swearing and harassing a 16 year old girl?? The worst experience I been though I had to go the hospital because I had a panic attack after this good job to the bus driver because my therapist is definitely going to hear a wonderful vent from me
