Takes to long to download videos to send to customers. Anything over a minute seldom! Better just to send via personal message

App Is Not Good

Super unreliable to upload videos on. Sometimes the app doesn’t open, sometimes it does. It takes a large amount of time to upload videos either on or off WiFi and I’ve check internet speeds which are more than capable of uploading videos.

The worst is when I upload a video and then at the end I get a video upload failure after waiting ten minutes to upload a 1:00 video. Text2Drive is the better uploading app for dealerships. Catalyst does have better resolution but it just never works. It takes 6-8 tries to upload videos. What a nightmare.

Need to go back to format of previous version where picture and video can be uploaded at the same time. App is not user friendly, needs overhaul to make more streamline.
