God leave me alone about writing a review
It’s good! Okay?!
Service
It’s frustrating to not be offered a replacement when the order is wrong or missing items. Because when I am only offered a “refund” for the exact amount regardless of having to place a new order- it doesn’t cover the additional cost. So my $11 refund turns into me owning another $4 to order it again because I have to pay service and new tip. What else am I supposed to do if my order didn’t arrive? So then the burden is on me to pay extra money for the same thing when the mistake was at the restaurant and they should absorb that cost not the customer.

No support
Caviar is owned by DoorDash. But DoorDash will not provide any support if there are Caviar issues. Don’t use this app.
Avoid at all costs!
Caviar, owned by DoorDash, seems to be DoorDash’s way of pushing damages off to merchants. While DoorDash accepts payments, organizes orders, assigns delivery drivers and tracks orders, unlike competitor delivery apps, if you have an order issue they will not refund you. Instead, they tell you to contact the merchant.
The merchant only made the food, the rest of the chain is DoorDash’s control, but caviar allows them to claim otherwise.

Zero on support
There is absolutely nowhere to insert your thoughts concerns, trying to find support on this site is extremely difficult. I’ve been trying to give it a chance, but it’s a problem.
