Bad Schedule Design
While this is a cheaper option to Uber or anything else the system that these buses run on is inconsistent and wasteful. I know for a fact that there are buses in my area, right down the street but I get scheduled on a bus that is a town or two over after waiting an hour in the queue. Now I have to wait another hour for my bus to get to me. The system is glitchy, and the system of scheduling needs to be fixed.

Love the service. App needs an update to reflect actual time of arrival
We love this service. The only complaint I have is that the app iteself cannot give us a correct time of arrival at the place of pick up or inform us of a time when we will be dropped off. The app shows you an ETA that changes constantly. And I was told by drivers to not go off of ETA, but by whether the little bus icon is heading in your direction. Which is frustrating. And then when you actually get on the bus, it’s a gamble of whether you’re picking up or dropping off someone first before you finally head to your destination. I love the concept but it’s hard to use for things that have time constraints. Like work/ drs appointments etc. I understand that they don’t have enough bus drivers etc. but if the app could be reconfigured to show exact times. Or give you a better estimated time of arrival at your destination. I rely on this for transportation to and from work. And an update to the app would cause much less stress and anxiety to my morning! Thanks!

Flaws
Overall a great app based on a great idea, but it has it’s flaws. Today while booking a trip, I was the first one in the queue - had to wait >10 minutes for my ride to get accepted and it said that the shuttle bus? will arrive in 15 minutes. After 5 minutes of waiting, it updated and said that it will arrive in half an hour (having no time to wait, I canceled the trip and queued for a new one which would take who knows how long). Definetly needs a better UI and more drivers (atleast during the active summer season).

App always says trip is outside of service. So Truro to Provincetown—outside service. Truro to Orleans —outside service. Truro to Hyannis—outside service. Does this app only work for weekday travel—if at all ???
Time constantly changes
I use the bus because it’s way cheaper than uber or lyft. However, it’s always late. I order stuff an hour-two hours beforehand and it still never gets me on time. Good alternative to ride apps but good luck being on time

This is a great service for people who want to get around on cape cod. Super cheap and great service.

Needs Work
The app is flawed. Biggest issue is it doesn’t take into account where the rider is going until they’re picked up because of this the wait times changed constantly. If the driver is near my home and accepts me as a ride the app will say 5 minutes for example.
The driver then passes my home with his current passenger to deliver them and then the time changes from five minutes to say 20 minutes. It’s very frustrating.
Another issue is that the cancel button is way too sensitive. It should ask you are you sure you want to cancel because I have numerous times accidentally canceled my bus by just putting my phone in my purse.

Horrendous App!
Whoever made this app needs to be fired. You have to type in the address of where you are, and where you are going BUT the address field is WHITE and when you type something in, the text is WHITE. LIKE HOW!? WHY?! How the heck do you even expect people to be able to see anything that they are typing?
Not to mention signing up- the text field is BLACK and when you type text in to create your account the text is GREY. Were the creators of this app color blind? Where is quality control?
You want people to use these services but the app is so user unfriendly it’s almost like you don’t want people using this app. You can’t call for these services, it’s all app based on a app where you can barely see (or not see) the text you are typing in. I like this service but
I live in Dennis and sometimes the bus it pairs me with is in Barnstable/ Centerville and it’ll keep pushing me back, then making me late for work. I think the cats out of the bag because I’d call my bus an hour and a half ahead of time and I’m on a queue. Saturday morning since there is no bus before 9:30 I think you should schedule more people to drive Smart DARTS. Also isn’t there now a limit for 10 miles? Why is my supposed Dennis/Yarmouth bus stuck in Centerville. Last week I had to sadly cancel. It’s hard on the Cape, you either have a car or a place to live and I choose a place to live. I take the bus daily but the earliest bus on a Saturday morning gets me to work half an hour late. The other day when I was going home from work, the bus picked me up ASAP. This service is truly great however it’s awful on a Saturday morning, don’t even try. I understand though since there isn’t a bus early enough.

Don’t use this app unless you love being late. Ordered the bus over an hour before I had to be at the place I was trying to go to and it didn’t pick me up for over an hour. Please do not use

I thought that this would be a cheaper alternative to Uber or lift but any time I need a pick up it goes to 30 min eta to about a 1:30 delay with no movement whatsoever on the map. I can’t see how any one with any semblance of a schedule would want to use this slow app and even slower picking

It’s frustrating because the service is super good, but the app is giving me such a hard time. I called them lots of times, they’re super helpful and sweet, but the location doesn’t work… I try to find any place and it doesn’t appear anything. I hope you guys will be able to fix that, because it doesn’t matter if the service is awesome if you can’t have access to it :(

Not What I Thought
It was suggested to me that this was an app that if you take the DART bus and have a pre planned ride it would tell you how far your driver was away to reaching you. This seems to be more of a last minute ride situation and you must add a credit card to even use the app. Disappointing and could be so much better.
