Cost Cutting has ruined my experience
I have visited their various stores across the country and my experience keeps getting worse day by day due to their cost cutting policies, No good music, uncleaned table and flies around and Store smell is not good. I have visited more than 350 times according to app but I am literally disappointed with service and lack of menu options and overpriced products that aren’t healthy. I have noticed that their customer service is really poor. I’ll stop going to their store.

Great food great taste but always stock out
It’s specifically for Vijay bank layout outlet which has got pathetic inventory planning. Chayos as a brand is fantastic and well placed. But this specific store has got some serious issues whenever you visit over the week or weekend it’s mostly stock out. This review is after a year of experience where I could never order my full menu I wanted. They should either close down or have enough food to serve customers it’s waste of time.

Chai is good not the app
Omg this app gave me a heart attack it opened and my phone got stuck I couldn’t do anything with my phone was so worried that something got hacked - couldn’t even switch off my phone had for wait till my phones battery drained off to fix this. Please update the app. I am deleting it for now…
Stingy approach by Chaayos
The 199/- samosa chat (on Zomato) apparently now comes with just one samosa in it 🙂🙂 I get the whole inflation situation and what not and I might sound like someone who’s probably being naive about a petty thing but it matters to me and I couldn’t care less about how my opinion makes me look like.
I’ve been an old customer of Chaayos, have not ordered a ton lot but it has definitely been one of my favorite spots for good quality chai/snacks made with fresh ingredients, good hygiene and the quantity used to justify the price.
I’m not sure if my today’s order was just a one time thing or if they’re now seriously taking some very bizarre and stingy cost cutting approach.
It’s not about whether I can afford it or not, it’s more about the quantity justifying the price here.
Enough said, most probably will be thinking twice at least before ordering from this franchise.
