Not trusted

Bought almost $8000 worth of merchandise and the store asked me to download the app so she can put in the receipt because she think it might be worth. To my surprise the app denied my request for credit so, I just deleted the app right away.

Most useless service

This app was made to give alarm for arriving flights. Now this app offers everything useless but has removed the real reason why this app was launched. Pathetic

Not able to register to pay

I’m trying to register for scan to pay via my Indian number but it doesn’t send otp for registration. Please correct it as I’m frequent Changi traveler.

Forced Installation

I was forced to install this app, just to use kids play area. I mean why should I install an app in order to let my child have some fun time !!!

No map - what’s the point

Of all the functionality needed in an airport app, surely a map is in the top 3 requirements, but it doesn’t exist here.

Clunky and useless

Forget about redeeming points via receipt uploads as it doesn’t work. Customer service was utterly useless in recovering the lost transactions.

The app’s UI design is also not intuitive and clunky to navigate through.

Play game didn’t work for me, so many codes wasted

I’ve tried to reinstalled 2x now and I can’t get the play game (millionaire) to work.
I have so many codes I’ve got/already scanned but the game won’t start!

Like terminal 2 this app is under permanent under construction

Seems like the only use of this app is to collect user data.
- login experience is poor and constantly logs you out as it is not a native app but a wrapper
- the rewards are minuscule to some random shops
- map feature is unusable and not up to date (closures in terminal 2 are not there)
- cannot use without internet
- claims that Changi millionaire code is already in use
- machines that were suppose to take orders from the app (whiskey machine) are unusable as “guy who knows the passkey is currently away”
- no specials or sales information
- support option just creates an email but only if you have Apple mail app

Horrible update - previous version was better

This update is absolutely horrible. The fonts don’t show properly, the maps functionality doesn’t work. It crashes far too much. Way too many bugs. The updates on baggage and others don’t show any more. Links to Carpark and maps don’t function. They have gone 10 years back in time!
