Hi there, Changi Pay registration is only supported for users with Singapore or Malaysia mobile numbers at the moment. No map - what’s the point

App refuses to load

Hi there, we are sorry that you are facing issues with the Changi App. We have rolled out a backend refinement which should solve this issue, please try restarting the app to see if the Changi App works well now. Do write to us at enquiry@changiairport.com if you continue to face the loading issue, or if you require any further assistance.
App just won’t open.
Like terminal 2 this app is under permanent under construction
- login experience is poor and constantly logs you out as it is not a native app but a wrapper
- the rewards are minuscule to some random shops
- map feature is unusable and not up to date (closures in terminal 2 are not there)
- cannot use without internet
- claims that Changi millionaire code is already in use
- machines that were suppose to take orders from the app (whiskey machine) are unusable as “guy who knows the passkey is currently away”
- no specials or sales information
- support option just creates an email but only if you have Apple mail app
