Today was our first visit to Charley’s. We had a delicious meal and will be back
2 stars for the app
Love Charley’s cheesesteaks, but only 2 stars for the app. It didn’t send the customizations over. We don’t like onions/mushrooms/etc. I made the changes and hit save. Got my food (30min from my home), and made the mistake of not checking before we left. We were in a hurry. Got home & both are covered in onions, mushrooms, etc. I even was supposed t remove the lettuce, tomatoes & mayo, but it was all over. Will never use the app again. Getting the sandwich right is worth waiting over the inconvenience of a waste of food when I get home. My dogs are eating good tonight

The worst app available
Instead of making things easy and efficient, the developers decided to go the other way on this one. There is no way to save payment for repeat use and definitely not a convenient method such as Apple Pay. Orders constantly throw error messages. It is a shame because I like the food.

I love using the app so i can go on my lunch and grab my meal but i would also love if you guys would add the apple pay feature, i dont keep my purse on my at work and you dont save the information which is good but i dont like having to grab my card each time for an order.

The cashier said that you guys got rid of the American cheese. That is the best cheese for cheese steak. Please bring it back
Update your payments
The developer should be ashamed that the app doesn’t store orders, credit cards or let you use Apple Pay. Do better and make your customers lives easier.

I can’t place order just keep getting error “ rewards not available after I paid while suggested me to add it to thr cars and order keep getting error that amount not matched as the app doesn’t save the credit card so after I added the credit card again still getting same rewards unavailable and no way to remove the rewards from the cats as it’s indivisible
It’s my second time to order from this restaurant and wasted 15-20 mins worst app experience

Rewards - Do Not Work
Very disappointed with this app. I’ve tried numerous times to apply my rewards through mobile ordering and it does not work. I’ve deleted the app and installed it again and still to no avail. You need to work on getting this app to work properly. I love the food, but if the app doesn’t work, it deters me from buying.

Didn’t get my reward
Never got my $5 coupon waste of 30 minutes wasted more time than the money I would have saved. That I never saved just order online.
Slow, glitchy, fails to place orders
This might be one of the worst fast food apps I’ve ever used. I scheduled an order a day in advance and I get an email saying they failed to place it when I actually get there. Terrible experience. It’s super slow and buggy too, it won’t save any modifications sometimes, or just straight up fail to add to cart. Awful, awful app.

Can’t order or save credit card
Let me first say that I have a background working for software companies. This app is absolute trash right now. I can’t save a credit card after entering it every time I order in this thing, and when I applied a reward go through, it said I needed to remove it before I could proceed. There was no clear way to remove it. There’s no button nor could I swipe to get rid of the reward. God, what an awful experience.

APP TOO SLOW :( PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY
It’s not my wifi, I can open other apps and social media just fine . EVERY TIME I try to order online through the app , it takes too long to load a page . I was trying o order online for 30 min because the pages loaded blank and had to load again and again . To add a simple for or ketchup it takes too long to load . I’ve ordered on other apps so easily less than 5 minutes within the same WiFi . PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Or else I rather order from an app that’s makes it very easy for me to.
