Complaint Regarding Delay and Unprofessional Conduct of Chartered Bus Service (Jorhat–Guwahati, 28 N
I would like to bring your notice an issue faced by all passengers travelling on the 3:30 PM chartered bus service from Jorhat to Guwahati on 28 November 2025.
The bus was initially delayed by 30 minutes, which the passengers accepted, as the staff informed us that the delay was due to non-availability of staff and the process of obtaining the travel pass at ISBT Guwahati.
However, after departure, the bus was again halted at Jorabat for nearly 20 minutes, solely to wait for a passenger allotted Seat No. 5E. This caused further inconvenience to all travellers. We wish to know whether it is the policy of the chartered bus service to wait 10–20 minutes for individual passengers after the scheduled departure time, thereby delaying the journey for everyone else.
Such practices are highly inconvenient and reflect poorly on the service management. Therefore, I sincerely request the concerned authority to issue strict instructions to the driver and staff to avoid such delays in future and ensure timely departure and smooth operation of the service.
Kindly take necessary action to prevent recurrence of such incidents.

Developers and service provider are very smart for not adding a complaint feature for the journey.

Very bad experience. The bus broke down twice during the journey from Panna to Indore, causing long delays and a lot of inconvenience. This shows poor maintenance and lack of responsibility. Don’t travel with this service if you value your time and safety. Please improve your service and take passenger safety seriously.

Terrible Experience on Bhopal to Indore Bus
I had one of the worst travel experiences ever on a bus journey from Bhopal to Indore. The AC wasn’t working properly throughout the ride, making the entire trip extremely uncomfortable—especially in the scorching heat. Despite paying for an AC bus, there was barely any cooling, and the staff didn’t care at all when passengers complained.
To make matters worse, the bus dropped me off in the middle of nowhere instead of the promised stop at Vijaynagar. They assured us there would be a pickup from that location, but no vehicle ever showed up. I was left stranded on the road with no proper help or communication.
The staff was rude, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a total lack of concern for passengers’ safety and comfort. I would strongly advise others to avoid this bus operator at all costs. Not worth the money, the stress, or the risk.

Worst service.
I’ve been traveling regularly on the Udaipur to Indore route by chartered bus for years, but the service has worsened recently. On my last trip, the AC wasn’t working, the staff was rude, and they refused to stop for a washroom break. The bus, once known for its standard service, is now declining in both quality and ratings. Punctuality is also an issue. I request you to improve the service and staff behavior to restore its previous standard.

Whenever I have booked in a chartered bus, the bus is not showing or there is no message. I always book a bus from Indore to dhar or dhar to Indore for may times but I am getting a refund. When I go to the office, it says that the bus has been changed. Passengers are always worried about the app. The condition of the chartered bus is getting worse. Please improve it.

My bus was at 9:00, seat number was 2A. None of my problems were heard in the office and the bus operator left me and went away. My ticket was updated and I was given a wrong seat in the useless bus which I am not satisfied with.

Pathetic service provided by chartered. App is not showing live location of the bus plus the buses are so old that every alternative time i travel the bus broke down and had to wait for atleast 2-3 hours for another bus to arrive. Never going to recommend it to anyone plus when called at the call centre or the office of chartered they don’t help rather gives vague answers.

I completed my profile filling all the details with a gender specifying Male.
But, when I booked the ticket it was booked by my name with a Gender showing Female.
