Misleading Ride Costs: Hidden Unlock Fees

New customers should know that the app hides the €1,25 unlock fee from your ride history, showing €4,85 while charging your bank €6,10. It is highly misleading when the price in the app doesn't match your actual bank statement.

Expensive

Way too expensive and expensive transaction fees

Trunk’s didn’t work

I tried to take the helmet and I couldn’t open the trunk cause it was broken, so money were taken for my card in three times while trying to use your services. That’s not fear.

Be Careful, Scam

Once booking is over, they try to invoice additional fees (such as fines..). I advise you to find another way (there are plenty of other options, cheaper and more reliable).
