No US license
It looks like a great concept. Although I don’t understand why they won’t accept US DL’s.

The license verification is finicky. Also, I would probably advise the company to provide some promotional offer like zero unlock fee for first time riders.
Useful but careless
As mostly modern platforms Check as well doesn’t care about customers , their score is only about profit without any benefit for customers!
Buggy app
For foreign users the app is unusably buggy. The license verification keeps you in a loop until you restart the app. Then, you can’t easily add payment details!
