Literally closed my bank account last week because chime is that much better. All I had was problem after problem with my old bank, with chime not 1 issue❤️

Chime is awesome it lets you overdraft up to $100 which helps when you have 0 for the week. On top of that it spots you up to $800 from your future checks when in a bind the savings account is super simple and support has always answered my questions This is the exact type of banking experience you want 👍🏽

This is a great app my credit scare has went up 59 points in A month and they also let u borrow 400 and it’s like a 3 % apr if I had to guess. It helped me get my car outta shop this month when I had to come up with 2000 dollars

Theft by bank for not doing their job
$2200 was taking from my account within a 4 day period. No alert was sent or any type of notice. When I made my dispute they denied it within 7 days. I reopened it 3 more times and it was still denied within a few days, but here it is I had a $86 dollar dispute that took them 3 months to close and a $196 dispute that is still open. The way I see it is they’re closing out big disputes without any investigation so, that they don’t lose money. They’re willing to pay you back the little money, but refusing to pay you back the bigger amounts. Mind you the transaction were made out of town and I notified them I have not traveled to the city that the transaction were made in.

Horrible Bank
Was my first bank now I bank with navy federal, added money to my chime card after months of not having direct deposit, they took my whole 200 dollars and said it was because of my pay, remember you can’t borrow money if you don’t have direct deposit, they charge you for changing banks on them, if you don’t want debt don’t choose this bank, it’s horrible

Fintech < Real Bank
I’ve tried to get into Chime, I really have. It just doesn’t cut it, even as a Venmo replacement. Especially if you consider most lenders don’t calculate Chime as other real credit cards. I’ve only used the builder card for a month so CK doesn’t even acknowledge it on my report, and I’m thinking of canceling it. At least it’ll “help me” for 10 years.

They suck
They let people scam you.
For instance I had this merchant say I didn’t pay for this service but I did I went to the merchant to get it refunded they said they dont do that only the bank that you used so from there chime made me put a dispute in it got denied the first time so I didn’t it again they said they needed proof so I put up proof it’s been months sense then now they are trying to say it got refunded but I haven’t seen the money at all it say I got the refund but the money didn’t show up in the account at all scam that’s all this is, is scams they also tell you try o switch your account for a 50 bonus if you use their new card also lies they never give it to you or I never got it I’m done with chime I will be backing with someone else screw your chime

Bad bank with foreign Customer Service that can’t be understood
I made the mistake of asking them to mail a high amount check to a vendor. They take out money IMMEDIATELY from account. 2 weeks later, no check, eventho chime and I are in same state. When I call CS, they give you the runaround and keep adding days to delivery. When I ask what if check doesn’t arrive by 15 days out, their standard answer is “we will have to wait and see, and also open an investigation” meaning they have my money but no urgency in returning it to my account. They also use PLAID for bank to bank transfer, which has been breached, so other banks won’t deal with Plaid. As soon as all this is done, I’m taking my money out and going to a real bank.
