I cannot get it to work, I have to use the website and my person hasn’t even read my messages. Totally disappointed in this system for “talking to your loved ones”. It’s like an old man from the 1980s tried making something usable in 1980s computer graffics and computerization. Sadly lacking.

Can’t sign into the app. I’m using the same email and password that I use for the website. Even the forgot your password button doesn’t respond. Please fix asap, my email and password is correct.

I paid $50 to beable to visit with my sister and I can’t even log into the app! It keeps saying oops log in issues! Left a message for customer support and still haven’t heard anything back! Still unable to use the app!

Unable to Login
I just downloaded the app to contact a loved one in jail. It is not letting me login, saying incorrect password or email. There is only ONE option and that is to select “Forgot Password?”. I have tried selecting it but it is not doing anything. I am very upset that it is NOT letting me to login. If you have any advice or know what to do, please let me know! Thank you!

Terrible app
I don’t understand the point of this app. I want to communicate with a loved one who is incarcerated and all I see is other people who have loved ones incarcerated. I don’t want to chat with people I don’t know, just need a way to communicate with someone incarcerated. Seems like a terrible waste of money to create an app that doesn’t even allow you to communicate with someone who is incarcerated.

Saves Real Money
If you have or have ever had anybody in jail, you know how expensive it can be communicating with them and how difficult it can be this app is how you communicate with them for cheaper in a social networking format it is actually a social network site for people who have inmates incarcerated, and they get data or discount that they can use towards video chats, messaging and other inmate using this app pretty darn cool thing they’ve had yet for inmates. I could talk to my fiancé anytime a day that the Jail allows him to be able to do it using this app easy as 123 video chats and messaging. Although initially the app is takes a minute to figure out, it’s definitely worth it and so are your loved ones.

Won’t allow me to login and won’t let me change password so I can login
Unusable
As others have mentioned, it literally does not work because it errors out during log-in. Considering how much it costs to send msgs via CIDSpace, it would be nice to use an app & get notifications rather than rely on constantly checking the webpage.
Absolutely the worst app
App just says logged in failure!! Even though I'm using the right account information it works on the website just not the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. No support either.
Literally doesn’t work
Just like everyone else is saying, the app doesn’t even work. You literally cannot login. It says the login is invalid although the credentials are correct. It doesn’t matter how many times you delete and re-download the app. It won’t let you log on. You can log into the website just fine, but the app won’t accept your credentials.
If everyone is having the same issue… Take the app down or fix it. How are you promoting the app on the website when it doesn’t even work ? Trash
