I haven't been able to log in to the app for 3 months and it's being deducted from my account. I'll probably have to take it to the leather to get my money back
Fix this app!
Please, this was such a good app before.. ever since this new update came out it’s horrible Unusable.

Primitive and Poorly executed
Everything from password recovery to location selection to managing payments seems to be as intentionally unintuitive as possible. Or plain, old broken. Reward programs can’t even be accessed or upgraded. Start over from scratch. The two best theaters in the Boise metro deserve far better.
Awful
Awful. One of the most badly-designed apps I’ve had the misfortune to ‘use’ (it’s virtually unusable). I’ll stick to using Fandango.
Broken
The app just stopped working. It doesn’t show any movies. It doesn’t show any information. It just gives you the phone number of the theater and the email address.
It’s bad
I would love if this app was functional, but I don’t know if you guys realize how bad the new layout is. Like, it’s just awful. You can’t see if a theater is full without going through ticket purchase first. If you don’t use it for a day or two it reverts back to the old layout so you have to find a way to maneuver around to get to the right place. Going home doesn’t take me to my theater. I have to go to locations and select my theater all the time. This should not be the case. These are just some of the issues.
It’s just bad. Please who can I contact to so I can help you get this right. I have to believe the people who design this app don’t actually use it. You need people to help you design it properly. Please for the love of god read the reviews and fix the problems. Plural. PROBLEMSSSS.

Not Horrible
It could definitely use an upgrade for sure, but the rewards program is worth it. Way better value than Fandango. Recommend using their cinemawest’s website.
Terrible app
This app is terrible. The options won't even fit on the screen for some reason. You have to navigate thru it with half the options cut off. Terrible app. I have a subscription but can't even use it cause the app is so terrible.

This app is so glitchy and doesn’t always render correctly. It’s so frustrating to use. I like being a monthly member of cinema west but hate app and website. The way you have to select a movie instead of browsing the list to see showtimes is annoying. Today the app didn’t even have any movies loaded to the movie dropdown.

Terrible. So unintuitive
The “movies” button is behind the accessibility button on the iPhone. So I can’t press the movies button. The quick tix functionality doesn’t work at all. Terrible app. Was this developed by grade school children for a project?
I hate this app
Every single time I try to use the app it crashes or freezes. They really need to take some time to completely remake it.

Needs major improvements
Not very user friendly at all. App needs total makeover. It’s a pretty ugly app. One of the worst things is digital reward card should be able to be added to Apple wallet. But the app itself isn’t very usable. It’s easier to navigate the website (and it should be the other way around)
Serious issue
You guys have a serious issue with the way the app is lad out. It only allows you to do a Quick Look up. You can’t go home to view all movies. I like to see all my options on a specific day. Not have to look at a movie one at a time. I don’t think it’s my phone because I didn’t have the issue before you added this feature. Please fix it. If I could attach a picture to show you what I mean I would. Otherwise I like the app but I am giving it a 1 star until this gets addressed.

Worst movie app ever
You can’t see what’s playing. You have to guess where to sign in. And purchasing tickets is a nightmare. Do better!
Two Star app updates to One Star app
New update is so bad I wonder who thought it was a good idea. It used to be at least a decent, and somewhat useful way to see all movie options at my local theater, although the rewards tab never worked. Now it’s most just silly and frustrating. I must choose a movie first, going by only the title (no image or clue about the movie), then the date, and then time…only to see it’s not even playing locally.
Back to Fandango app for me.

The app is bad. Show me the movies and the show times. Don’t log me out constantly. It looks like this was a bad port from their mobile web app.
