Good except for subscription management
App works fine for finding a car wash and starting it. Could not find the way to cancel a subscription since when you go to My Subscriptions, it says you have no subscriptions. I figured out going to Settings > Retrieve My Data gives you a button to cancel. Even the chat help said to go to My Subscriptions to cancel. Hope this helps someone else

Many Car Washes CLOSED
I have mixed feelings about this app. The app “works well”, the problem is that (without exaggerating) 60% of the times I pull up to a Circle K car wash it is CLOSED or OUT OF SERVICE. This is extremely frustrating specially since not all Circle K’s even have a car wash.
The price is decent and it is worth it only IF/WHEN car washes are actually open/working.
The app itself is a bit clunky, but it does work.
May 2026 UPDATE:
After my first 3-Star review a developer answered with a phone number giving me some hope… Nope; when I called they were very nice but there was no “solution”.
All she did was “note the issue” regarding car washes often being down or closed. No improvement. No credit. Nothing to make my experience any better.
I’m still living with the frustration of about 6 out of 10 times not being able to wash my car…
Will I keep the membership? Maybe. Like I said, it is nice when it works.

AGAIN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.
This time I used a carwash at another location which STOPPED in the middle of the wash leaving my car full of soap. I went inside and a very incompetent employee simply TEXTED her manager.
They wanted to give me a refund except they couldn’t because I have a subscription (which she had no idea it was a thing).
I told her someone can go a reset the car wash so I can run the car again but she had no idea how to do that and the manager over text didn’t either.
She then said I could wait until 11pm (45 minutes) for someone to come.
I ended up having to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find another carwash with the hopes that I would work… To my surprise it did.
The price is decent and it is worth it only IF/WHEN car washes are actually open/working.
The app itself is a bit clunky, but it does work.

Great app
Ik many people don’t have a reliable circle k wash near them but luckily i do and the app makes it even more so convenient to get a wash done not even a mile up the road for me.
App is terrible
So many times app just doesn’t want to connect properly. And latest version has too many issues. Customer service takes forever to respond. Going on 5 days for a response.
App button not working
The “continue” button you need to press in the app to use it doesn’t work anymore. I deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, sent an email…..Won’t be renewing next month if it won’t work. Worked just fine last week.

Carwash under repair?
I read reviews saying this place has a good monthly deal on car washes except their car wash is always under repair and not many circle k stops even have a car wash. Well I went to go get my first car wash with the app to give it a try and lo and behold it is under repair… 🤣 don’t plan on this place being very dependable lol.

Just downloaded it and it just spins and then times out. Can’t even access it for the first time to set up my subscription. Disappointing.

App Took My Money, App Never Worked
The Circle K car wash app is a complete failure. The app charged my card, detected that I was at the correct car wash location, but the moment I tried to start the wash, it got stuck on a white loading screen and never connected to the car wash.
I waited, restarted the app, retried multiple times—nothing. No car wash, no refund, just wasted time and stolen money. If the app can’t reliably start the wash, it should NOT be charging customers.
This is unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Save yourself the frustration and don’t rely on this app.

Very bad experience
There are three Carwash near my home and they are mostly out of the service and take forever to fix. Why the app cannot tell me if it’s working or not instead that I have to travel all the way there to find out it’s out of service.

Paypal payment not working
The PayPal payment option on this app doesn’t work. I tried multiple times to purchase a carwash, but it just keeps on looping. At this point, the app feels unreliable and not worth using.
cant change plans, no touchless option
I spent the last few days trying to reach circlek about the billing and how to select touchless. I have been on hold and when spoke with someone, they confidently told me there is no touchless despite me telling him I did touchless when paying not app. The fine print is same color as background and so small you need magnifying glass. I have wasted my time and money. App wil not let you login after opting out

Can’t sign up for membership
I try PayPal and entering my card and it just stops and doesn’t proceed. Can’t sign up!
Car washes almost always closed/not working properly
Car washes almost never work once you navigate there through the app only to be greeted by a cone. Last time I went the machine ‘did the wash’ behind my car without ever moving towards it! Complete waste of time every single time.
Feels very unsupported
The app stopped asking for touch-less and there is no one who I can even try contact regarding this problem.
Fast & Convenient
The app is user friendly, a must have if you are a frequent car washer.
