Confusing UI
Is it just me or the app/website fails to simplify the steps required to buy a plan? I mean I want to port my number to Circle and the website FAQs and article gives enough words and directions but where is the buy now button? How do I check plans? How do I start my number transfer process? I spent 30 mins on the website and app still unable to figure out.

Don’t trust this company
Horrible company and steal, I had a $20 plan but was getting charged +$100.
SCAM
I was paying around 33 AUD every month and they just charged me 85 AUD because the promotion ends. I have no idea how they measure the data usage. They don’t clearly explain about that and it’s insane how you suddenly charge 85 bucks for one month. I wouldn’t have used this from the first place.
