Crashes
The entire app crashes when I try to put in my coupon code. I already paid £200 for a yearly washing for my accommodation, they sent me this code to use for the washes I paid for. And every time I have tried to set it up and activate the coupon I paid £200 for, the app crashed immediately. This is a complete and utter scam.

Balance
Please let me pay per wash, balance is absolutely useless I don’t understand the point. Why is it unavoidable. Hate I’m forced to use circuit.
Horrible
Don’t do you laundry in any of these machines. If a negative option was available I would put that instead. You can’t open the machines if you make a mistake and the machines are bad quality as is. Conveniently when experiencing a problem the site number is not even visible to provide to support. Support is also not helpful and doesn’t guarantee a successful refund when trying to resolve the issue. Horrible app, fix it.

Hidden charges
They do not let you deposit the correct funds, instead they force you to deposit larger amounts and then charge you a £2 fee for withdrawing your money! (They call this a refund, i simply call it transferring my balance back to me) would not recommend using, complain to where ever is forcing you to use this service as it is trading unfairly!

Mediocre at Best
This is a well-designed app that’s easy to setup and use. However, Circuit Go might be one of the most disappointing laundry services out there, for a lack of an alternative description. The laundry machines have taken my payments on three separate occasions and would fail to start the laundry cycle without any warning signs or errors. Some of the least reliable and most frustrating machines to deal with, even in this day and age. For the prices charged, you would expect better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Forces you to keep a minimum money balance of £5. Absolute highway robbery for those of us travelling or with one-time laundry needs. Have warned others on reddit and elsewhere online... don't be like me! Just wash in the bathtub!
Expensive and prone to malfunctioning
It’s been several times already that the app/machines have charged me, yet no washing took place. Many like me are forced to use them due to no other local available choice, and Circuit takes advantage of that circumstance.
Minimum top up
I don’t understand why I can’t just top up the exact amount I need instead of at least £5.
The scummiest company ever
Raise the price by 10p quietly and don’t allow you to top up by less than £5 so that users cannot use up their credit and they always keep the unused credit as profits.

Thieving chancers
We worked out it was cheaper to buy a washing machine than pay for circuit laundry for a year. Go to hell circuit.
“No minimum amount of top up credit”
This is not correct. The app has now changed so you have to top up a minimum of £5. This needs changing in the app description.
Waste of money
This app is the stupidest thing I’ve ever downloaded. Half of the time the machine doesn’t even turn on. You have to pay into a balance that you can’t even withdraw from without them taking your money away ! It’s so bad don’t get this if your building has the screen
Don’t use it if unnecessary
I will never use such rubbish app and service again, they never repair their rubbish machine on time and let it charge your money with no services. When you ask them for refund, they’ll said they’ll can’t give you refund after48h. If you can find any replacement for washing your clothes, Just leave them alone. I highly recommend you to buy a laundry from joybuy for yourself. It will be much cheaper.

The most unnecessary app
Look, I just need to wash my clothe and dry it. I dont need another app THAT DOESNT WORK. I cannot be making new accounts everytime I want to wash/dry my clothes. I cant log in and I cant make a new pin, “Oops! Unknown error!” Pops up when I get a sms code and put it in. What about the money balance that I had in the previous account?! You just honna write it off? This is horendously stupid unnecessary app that ironically I had to use to wash and dry my clothes.

Faulty Machines, Poor Support, and Wasted Money
I’m a student living at Brecon Court at UWE, and the laundry service has been a constant source of frustration. This isn’t just a problem from the past week. It’s been happening since last year, and nothing seems to have improved.
Over the past week alone, I’ve wasted so much money on faulty washing and drying machines that either don’t work properly and my clothes would still be extremely wet. Having to pay again because of broken machines is unacceptable. To make things worse, customer support isn’t actually available 24/7, so when a machine fails outside their support hours, you’re left with no help and no immediate solution.
Students rely on these machines every week, yet the ongoing lack of maintenance and unreliable service shows very little has been done to fix the issue. After dealing with the same problems for over a year, I can’t recommend Circuit Go.

Well, it’s not. In fact unbeknownst to me, after you leave, it locks you out. So 45 mins later you can’t get back in to do the drying cycle.

forces you to add balance even if you have enough
really frustrating app where if your balance dips below £5 you’re forced to top it up even if you have enough to cover the wash and dry. I have £3 right now, enough to cover the dry but it’s forced me to add another £5 on to my account for no reason.

Genuinely so bad. So expensive and unable to get refunds when it doesn’t work or double charges. And to top it all off you get charged £2 in administration fees when withdrawing the money you have in your account. Has rinsed me so bad.
