Until UnionBank makes the CITI app as complete and convenient as it used to be with Citicorp, my rating will stay at 1 star. I can’t even send a message to anyone to address my concerns. All the reassurances of not suffering from the transfer to UnionBank rings hollow so far.

Why is there no chat function on the mobile app?

Mobile apps it completely blank white. I’ve restarted and reinstalled the apps acting weird. I have to make a payment through online I don’t want be delayed of payments since. I’ve tried several time for months now, I feel hopeless this time. I hope someday acknowledge this message. Thank you.
No chat
There is no chat or email facility. It tells you to call via landline, but when you call, you cannot even speak to an operator. So how do you get in touch with non-robots in citibank?

This app needs update for iOS15! It does not work. It just keep on loading. Please update asap.

No OTP received.
Unable to use the app now since it is requiring OTP via SMS to be sent after the update. I’ve tried several times but the OTP does not reach me. And this is even if I have good signal.
Living Abroad
App does not provide the best user experience for those consumer bankers who are living abroad. I no longer have local number for OTP and no email for customer service nor a chat service to support.
Opening apps
Most of the time it takes a long time to open the apps.
Stuck in Loading State (05/07)
App won’t load completely, stuck in loading state, can’t exit the state, whole app page is masked by that loading logo.

App pasted content from my clipboard before even logging in
Noticed a weird behavior from the app now that iOS 14 is out. Once I open the app (loading screen before logging in), an iOS system alert pops up twice to warn me that the app has pasted content from my clipboard. Not sure why the app is doing that, but I don’t think it should be doing that. Not unless I was the one who initiated the action - which I did not.

Stopped working
It has been great until now. No updates and it will not open. I get a blank white screen and nothing loads.
Usability gone down with the new app
Please go back to the old version of the app. Now it takes me 5 clicks before I get to see my credit card transaction which is one of the main function for this app. Please remove all of the citi pay all and other marketing crap from the front screen

Have a choice to make a payment online so it’s easier for online banking
