ETA takes a long time to load
If you're in HK and using the bus, ignore this app. Download the KMB app instead; it shows Citybus routes. The Citybus app, unchanged since 2018, still takes ages to display estimated arrival times and keeps GPS on in the background, draining battery. Despite complaints over the years, there have been no responses or improvements.

Not working in iPhone at all!
I downloaded the app to my iPhone. When I opened it, it only showed the instructions and nothing else. There is no buttons to get into the app. I know it works in my sister’s Samsung phone. Weird. So disappointed.

使用非常麻煩。

Missed the bus
The app said the bus would come in 2 minutes but then when I checked again it said 10 minutes meaning I missed the bus. Fix it felix

Stop forcing updates and intrusive ads
You are at bus stop trying to find when is the next bus coming... but you can’t because you are forced to update the app and waste time.
Data good - app bad
Information and real time data is great - but the app is super unstable, laggy, and full screen ads while you’re rushing to catch a bus on time degrade the experience.
希望有回報功能
