Bad Update
I Once was able to get to the Water bill page in 2 clicks. Now I have to click EIGHT BUTTONS/LINKS just to START paying my water bill! With the constant harassment of the app asking for my Login info! Which I don’t have because I never needed it. Reverse this update to the old one. Nothing but bad decisions was input into this update.

No Violation
City of WS officials do not check for multiple abandoned vehicles on property that are in violation of city ordinances. I check the muni codes to confirm there’re violations. There has to be another way to do your jobs. WS is on is one of the filthiest in NC because no on seems to enforce city ordinances. Why? We are already #1 for having hungry children and close in poverty. What a run down city!!!

This is very useless. Why would you invest in something like this?

This does not work.... Not even one. I've tried this several times from different wireless networks as well as my carrier.

What a great app. But all the City does is close out the issue without doing anything. What a waste of a great potential.
Concerned citizen
I think this city has better stuff to do than waste time on this useless app. I hope my tax dollars didn't pay for this. If it reaped any benefit then I would like it but it doesn't.
